I want to be able to give a better review, but each time we've ordered it's just a little off. Not enough to be serious, but never getting the order right is a concern.
First time was a 1/2 chicken with fries and fried rice. While it was tasty, it showed up with the plain, white rice. Lomo saltado has been right on each time. Another order misstep was the yuca con chicharron, which says it comes with a tomato sauce, cabbage salad, and two tortillas. Now it made it with the pork and yuca, but no tomato sauce, no cabbage, and no tortillas. Again, meal was very tasty. I even ordered a side of the fried rice and it was really good, so much so that I wish my first order had come correct.
Hopefully it's a couple of small missteps as the food has been good and I'd be willing to give it one more shot.

I stopped here while traveling. The food was much better than I expected. Delicioso! I really enjoyed the flavor of the chicken, green beans, and potato salad.

The Peruvian chicken here is very tasty! The skin is well flavoured and oily leading to a great taste. The actual breast was a little dry but nothing too bad. The yucca fries were 5 stars for sure, especially with the sauces that came with it

Food was good, very generous portions for the cost, but the male employee was on the rude side, so I'm reflecting that in my overall rating. I'd definitely return.
Not sure what the two sauces they offered were, but I'll pass on the green one going forward; the yellow one was good.

Don't order "Salad", all you will get is a big pile of shredded lettuce. No cucumbers, no tomatoes, no nothing. Just lettuce. When I brought to the server's attention, he told me that it was not his problem, it was my problem. Stick with Sardis or ANY of the other ones at this point.

Good chicken with lots of side orders including macaroni salad, baked potatoes, veggies, and the usual side orders. The price is good. Macaroni salad was delicious, Must try.

They close the grill after 8pm and they refuse to prepare a Pollo Saltado because is almost closing time for them. It's only 8:20pm....

Came here last night, from Red Lobster where we left because that place is a dumpster fire. The staff here was incredibly friendly. She got the quarter chicken with macaroni and yuca. I got the pollo saltado with fries and macaroni. The chicken she got was a little dry. Also the macaroni is warm, which wasn't an issue, but it just caught me by surprise.
This isn't the best chicken place in NoVA for sure, but the people are nice and the food is decent and you get value and huge portions.
