I visited this store Sunday 3/13/2022. I placed my order at 9:18am. I arrived at 9:25am. My drink was made already. I noticed my strawberry refresher was not stirred. The juice and the flavor was separated in the cup because they did not stir it up. I asked the younger gentleman with glasses if he could stir up for me. He did and told me to have a nice day. I told him I have food too. He was confused because he could not find the receipt for my food. He began eating hash browns with his plastic gloves on. He then looked at the monitor and asked the lady if she made my order and she said no. He then began to make my sandwich WITHOUT CHANGING HIS GLOVES that he was eating from. That is pure disgusting!!! I asked him if he could change his gloves since he was just eating with those same gloves on. He complied. Regardless, I should not have to ask him to do that. Makes me wonder, how many times he has done this prior with someone else’s food. That’s just plain nasty & unsanitary. We are in a middle of a pandemic. He should know to not eat while he is preparing other customer’s food. I will not order from this location ever again. I do not trust their staff. From missing my order to the unsanitary prepping of food, I would not recommend. If I could give zero stars, I would!

Not only did the cashier take 10 minutes to take my order, he did not put down 2 of my drinks even though he repeated it back to me so I know he heard me. Then I was forced to stand in a 20 minute line again to get my drinks while my food got cold. The customer service in this place is absolutely atrocious. Would not recommend if you’re looking for quality service.

Ordered from an UberEats app. Had none of the only sodas I can drink on hand, and got my two bagel orders wrong by having the cream cheese separate and not on the bagel like I asked. The only thing they kind of got right was the wake up wrap, which was at the bottom of the bag, folded over and smashed. Never ordering from this Dunkin again, and never going here in person.

Make sure to check your food before you leave the store. Made this mistake and both wake-up wraps and turkey croissant meats were overcooked. Usually not an issue, but this morning was a fail. Other than this issue, the store is well maintained, nice customer service, and clean. Just check food before you depart.

Avoid this place at all cost. The staff is very rude. I placed a curbside order. Waited in my car for over 20 mins. Went inside to get my food that was sitting there, my hot macchiato drink was all cold. Instead of the server apologize for leaving my food sitting there for that long, he started yelling about him not having help & it’s just him. What does that have to do with a paying customer. Meanwhile, there were 2 or 3 other staff there. Nonchalantly walking around. They need to be taught interpersonal skills & customer service. They lack basic etiquette.

i have work their for 1year going on 1 year and a half the manger use employees as slaves he wanted me to start working 6 days a week with 2 off days on a schedule but only one accounted for he wanted to start making me work on saturdays from 10am to 7:30 pm knowing i have a son and it’s impossible he continues to make me work extra so he can get of @11 or @12 in the afternoon i have never saw him close the store i close the store every monday he has other employees he can work but because i’m not from where he’s from i don’t feel as he cares
