Chipotle Mexican Grill

Honestly as a former employee at this king street location please save your money and spend it elsewhere. This restaurant is very unprofessional and unsanitary, the management team also thinks it’s appropriate to talk poorly about their customers in Spanish in hopes that they will not notice. Also they do not give you your money’s worth when it comes to food portions and they absolutely do not care about their customers who spend their hard earned money here. Save yourself the headache and go to another location or somewhere better. P.S the waterfront has great restaurants: ) (If I could give y’all zero stars I truly would…ughh disgusting)

This Chipotle has a more garbage service in all the Chipotle that I have visited before. The supervisor insulted me just because I was getting more soda. I had already paid for the soda. no other chipotle has made me pay for myself. take. More soda I don't understand. why did the supervisor insult me

I go to this location very often since it’s close to my job… I pay for extra protein all the time and they do not care the chose to just give you one spoon full of chicken when your paying additional for the extra chicken and they barley want to put any rice in the bowl I will have to start taking my business elsewhere

I gave this review a three star rating because I have ordered in-line at this Chipotle many times and I have never encountered the following issue. As you will see in the attached pictures there was some sort of odd, shiny, brown, gelatinous material in my salad bowl. I have ordered salad bowls from Chipotle's across the country and I have never encountered anything like this in my entree bowl. This is the second online order I have placed and picked up in the store so perhaps that is the outlier to this problem. I will likely avoid online ordering from Chipotle in the future. If I go back I will wait in line and always watch them make my salad bowls. Just be forewarned to always check your salad bowls if you order online!

There is a big difference in ordering during the day versus at night. Orders are carelessly being made with no attention to what the customer specifically asked for. By the customer not being physically in the store, does not make it ok to mess up there order. Im missing ingredients in my bowl.Orders that are being placed for delivery should be handled more better. And also, the receipts should be read more carefully. I had three bowls delivered to my house due to the fact an employee does not know how to read names. And as far as how it was delivered, oh that picture is attached! (I took the food out the bag) being as though there is COVID, the bag was improperly packed. The tape was not across the bag as it should have been. Being as though I waited damn near 2 hours to get my food, I’m still going to eat it. But also leave this right here. Thanks !
