Literally went here for the first time today. Door was open and wasn’t thinking there were any issues at all… next thing I know, the lady there (all alone) started having an attitude and was rushing me out the whole entire time. Then things got worse as soon as another customer walked in… she was basically trying to make me feel bad for him showing up. Me being me, I was calm and said I didn’t know if you guys were open or not since the door was open, and she couldn’t even have the decency to tell me whether or not they were. Completely unprofessional and rude. And the fact that I came in, in my military uniform showed complete disregard to me and the sacrifice I’m making for our country.

The ladies that run the night have horrible customer service. Both ladies (who appear to possibly be from the Middle East) are rude as hell. The old short one always try to dictate what I buy. The younger one has ignored me on multiple occasions as I stood waiting for at least 5 minutes each time to check out. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Avoid this 7-11 like a plague. Old lady that works there is very sly and she tried to add an old baked good sitting on the counter as part of my sale. She has done it to me previously and added some old stale snack as a "service" only to find it on my receipt later when i got home. This time i was paying attention to the sale and it was shady from the beginning where she slid all of my goods to the front of the register partially hidden from the view. Same goes for the display which was partially hidden. While scanning through the stuff she added oatmeal (cookie/brownie?) which i did not buy. This is crazy

I really "Hate" This location..... People there have no Customer Service Skills "at All" although it's really a somewhat convenient spot I still decided to drop in for a loaf of bread, a simple in and out deal however it was anything but that - The bread was "posted" as $1.99 and when I got to the register it rang $2.59 i kindly informed the cashier that the price was showing $1.99 however he said that the price was $2.59 now if it was moved then i could understand however there was not even a price that said $2.59 so why are they making it the customers fault and not making a sale simply because they can't change their price tags? I would Rate this location a (1-Star out of a Possible 5 Star) but even 1 star is still to much. VERY POOR - I just went across the street to WalGreens and got my bread better service.

This store is run by crooks. They have items advertise at low price, but at check out rings higher. And items that are not register in their system and clerks guess their price at checkout. Higher price . There's an old Ethiopian woman who is very rude when asked why it's different price. She starts arguing making it your fault. Lol. No more business from me. Shame on you 7-11.

I went to the store I bought something and I get out but the guy call me and say did you pay this where else I put everything in front of him. But he was talking with someone he don't have any intention that there is a customer. He insults me in front of my friends and family. When I make sure he say it's ok. When I say what is your name he juts tell me get out. It's happened 05-14-2017 at 10.26am. I think his name is khan.

The manager is very nasty. I went in at 9:20PM on November 26th, 2016 with a refill which I showed him when I walked in. My cup was in bad shape so, I did get another of the same size. When I walked up he told me he was charging full price. I was going to go ahead and pay for it. Then made a nasty comment "The customer is always right ha". I left it there and walked out. Customer Service does NOT exist here.
