Had to go back for the correct order. After already started eating the order we had. Noticed the bread was super hard and crunchy. Took all the food back for the correct order. Got back home and the fries really brown and hard. Cooked way to long. Seems only high school students work at the location. Beware

People are nice, food was "I'm eating at a Krystal's fast food joint, set expectations lower then norm" kinda vibe. Not great, not terrible. Kystals are hard to find where I now live so I loved it, but wouldn't say life changing, although maybe just short of that. Place could use some cosmetic updating.

Great tasty fast food burger. Tastes just like white castle. Flat steamed burgers with onions and cheese. You need to get like 4-5 to feel full. Also they have little chili cheese dogs that were pretty tasty. The chili cheese fries were good too. Just be prepared to hate yourself after you eat here Haha.

I ordered & was told there weren't any biscuits. When I said toast was ok, they said they did have biscuits I would just have 2 wait 8 minutes. I said, "I want the biscuits, then cuz I'm willing 2 wait." The drive-thru person told the cook I needed 3 biscuits total for my order. The drive-thru person was told 2 tell me they had already fixed toast for my platter. I didn't respond, but still feel I should've gotten all 3 biscuits since the only reason I said toast was ok was cuz I was told there was NO biscuits. I will think twice b4 going back 2 this Krystal.

I don't like to give a bad review .... but if I do its because i'm being honest.... I would much rather give a great review and give credit where it is due. So with that being said let me say I'm sorry but I have to be honest I was very disappointed with this Krystals my food was not good at all.... my fries where old and cold my double cheese Krystals were under cooked and nasty and my chili cheese pups were very BAD the hotdogs were nasty and the chili was to.. the hotdogs were soft like they had been sitting in the water all day long and the color of them was not as they should be... my husband had cheese Krystals and he said they were not good at all and he had chicks and the chicken tasted old... the only thing I can say is that the people was nice and the place was clean. Maybe it was the wrong time of day we stopped there at 8 pm at night but that should not matter what time it was the food should have been good... again I'm sorry that I had to give a bad review I gave 2 stars and the reason was because the place was clean and the staff was friendly. But for the food I would not give any stars at all... and I do not recommend this location... I did read the reviews before I ate there some good some bad ..... but I stopped and tried it for myself and then wrote this review.......... Jaymenpooh.
