Great place to have ice cream! A little over priced for there milkshakes I believe, but you can’t complain. Place was very clean! I haven’t tried the pizza yet but I will be going back to give it a try! My daughter loved the ice cream! There is limited parking on the property I think there is only two spots but across the street there is plenty of parking if you don’t mind walking 20 feet. They also have a drive through if you want to pick up instead of eat in! All in all I will be going back for sure!

First time eating here. It took forever for them to open. Ordered a pizza to go with bacon, spinach and onion. It was very tasty, and the toppings were very fresh, not canned. They offer one size pizza: 16", and they also have a gluten free option. My order was ready on time. Friendly staff. Their parking lot is the wierdest thing ever. Basically, you have to park next door or across the street. Definitely will be ordering from here again.

I give this a 5 because of how hard they have worked and how long they have waited to open. The pizza is good, maybe a bit pricey for a whole pie, but I got the impression they are going for upscale pizza. I ordered the pepperoni and was pleased. Two slices filled me up. It had tons of cheese on it. They use a brick oven. The ice cream is also good, but $4.99 for a shake is not reasonable in my opinion. There is little parking, so be prepared to be creative. There are a few tables and booths inside and a few tables outside. This is more "get and go". I like the atmosphere and the Coke motif. The Coke machine napkin holders were very cute. The staff was helpful and friendly. They have just opened, so I am sure they will work out the bugs. Overall, a nice visit and I will go again. Congratulations on opening!

I have extensive food allergies so when a friend told me about the gluten free pizza and offered to take me there, I was thrilled. The pizza crust was perfect, the sauce was delicious and the pizza had ample toppings. The service was excellent as well. Definitely a place to revisit in a regular basis.

Good pizza, Mayfield ice cream. They have a $7 special with one slice pizza, a drink, and one scoop (actually more) of ice cream. Good value. Funky parking that you can't figure out. Most people parked across the street. Not ideal since it can get busy.

I've always been really excited about this place ever since I heard about it coming here to Alcoa. Tonight was my first experience there and I have to say that I wasn't a fan. I understand that when you close at 9 and you come at 8:34 it isn't the employees favorite thing in the world, but when you only get 2 milkshakes why is it so annoying to the employees? I am a restaurant manager and understand that it can be frustrating sometimes for people to come in the last hour, but why show how annoyed you are to the customer? For a place so new shouldn't you have what you feel is the best customer service not showing how annoyed you are with someone showing up and spending over $10 on two milkshakes when they could just as easily get it from somewhere else even cheaper? The milkshakes were decent, but with that kind of customer service the experience was not that great.

*****EDITED****** No, I was not refunded. The order was on 7/27/18. We ordered a large chocolate cone, and two small chocolate cones plus toppings. It Came Out To About $11. This place is the worst I have been to. I'm not usually the kind of person to leave a negative review but this place is a special occasion. I have gone there approximately 4 times and 3 of those were a disappointment. I gave them many chances because I like going to local places and wanted them to succeed. Firstly they are very overpriced I'm better off going to bruesters. Secondly, their soft serve machine always seems to be down. However, this last trip 2 of the flavors worked. I ordered chocolate cones for the family and it tasted EXPIRED. It was sour and inedible. I had to tell my siblings to throw it away because I didn't want them to get sick. Absolutely disgusting and I can't believe I wasted money on that. Will never return again.

Great pizza! The combo with a big slice of pizza, drink, and ice cream is a good deal. It wasn't very crowded when we were there, but had a nice atmosphere. I would recommend it to help support a local business.
