Ruby Tuesday

Family and I have been coming here for years and our most recent visits have been as great as ever. Our server last visit was Rhonda. Her service was excellent and the food was perfectly cooked and delicious. Rhonda and other staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We left extremely satisfied with full belly's and smiles all around.

Had not been to Ruby Tuesdays since I left Michigan 20 years ago... Was out on a bike ride from Kentucky down through the Tenn hills and saw this one and stopped for a Sirloin & Bourbon Chicken dinner with a cold brew and it was delicious... Nice friendly folks and the place had a very nice atmosphere...

Today was definitely a off day for the employees. We stood at hostess desk for 20 min. Watching the employees look over and just standing there talking. The bartender came out and greeted us and the other families. It took another 30 min for our drink order to be placed. Waiter was on a different level, not in right mindset. Eventually got our food it was great as usual. The wait staff is the horrible part of the trip. We watched a table of 6 get tired of waiting for the waiter and they left. I could understand if it was busy or under staffed. But it wasn't at all.

Our experience was half and half I would say. Our waitress was very friendly. The negative was that our order was lost/delayed and unfortunately it took almost 45 mins to get my food. The upside is that the manager went above and beyond to amend the situation. He provided my meal for free as well as 3 free desserts for the rest of my family. Mistakes happen but the courteous and genuine manner in which the manager dealt with it is what won my praise!! Kudos to Ruby Tuesday for being a family friendly, genuine establishment!!
