Duane and Jullyana were truly amazing, they were very attentive and went above and beyond our expectations. They made sure our food came out perfectly and checked on us often to make sure we had everything we wanted. More waiters and waitresses should be like them. Even though he was cut, Duane greeted us as we walked in and grabbed our drink orders so we didn't have to wait. We will definitely be back here to dine. As for food- the strawberry hot chocolate tasted really good (as did the normal hot chocolate), as did the pesto veggie eggs Benedict, the southwestern chicken burrito, and the chocolate chip pancakes. We also tried the Hoverchoc pancake tacos from the new Willy Wonka menu and they were really good as well! Overall we really enjoyed this visit to IHOP and will definitely be back.
We always enjoy taking our grandchildren here. Service is promp, order errors corrected w/o issue, food is good. There is one aggravation from our visit today 11/20/23. A sign posted by the entry states "Kids Eat Free" 4PM -10PM" (We at our meal at 6:20PM. ) However we were told they no longer honor that. !!??!! So we of course we paid for the 6 year old with us. IHOP....TAKE THE SIGN DOWN
The gluten-free cinnastack pancakes are absolutely delicious. They are very filling and sweet, definitely more of a dessert item. My friend got the chicken quesadilla and said it was very good. I also ordered a side of bacon. I was disappointed in that, the side comes with 2 slices of thin microwaved bacon. For $3, I'll skip. The waitress was a little absent minded and veey quiet, we asked for a glass of milk 3 times before asking another waiter who was able to have her bring it to us. We went at 9:30pm so it could've been she was just tired. It was a little dirty in the restaurant as well. But nothing major. The food was excellent though.

It’s a great 👍 breakfast 🥞 in the morning today, the service was fantastic, the food 🍱 is amazing 🤩, I recommend all American 🇺🇸 food lovers this place…
Food was good, service was not great, after food dropped off, server was non existent
Great service and delicious food in a family friendly environment
It's a classic, but there's not much in New Mexico that's rich, the bad thing is that sometimes you have to wait a long time. It would be great if it sent a message to your phone when your table is ready so you can wait in your car. The staff is always giving everything, although sometimes when there are not many people it is lazy, the staff takes longer but everything is fine.
Had a great breakfast with family from out of town in which we hadn't seen in 18 years. The server was amazing and so understanding at our "lost in time" moments. I will have great memories of this spot and will make it a definite traditional breakfast stop when family is (or isn't 😉) in town.
So my hubby and I walked in here while we were waiting to get a tire replaced on our fifth wheel. We ate the ultimate platter and shared it. The service was great. The atmosphere was really cool. A lot of people and their families so it was very busy. The bus guy was really nice he asked me if I was enjoying my meal😊
We had a church convention around the corner and came to IHOP for a late dinner.
I've told the shift manager that we were going to fill the place. He took it very gracious and joked about it. And people started coming in, group by group and he and his staff took care of business and everyone got a place to seat and eat. I know it wasn't easy for him and his crew, but they got it done and we all appreciate their effort and dedication.
On another church event, in a different city, the staff closed for business when they saw that we were a large group and they still had more than an hr to close. BTW, it was another IHOP.
