I called in an order to this IHOP after having a hard time with the grove of that project in my credit card. The manager that answered the phone completely understood my issue, and took my order. At first he didn't realize that the only reason I was calling is because I was on foot. It was an angry above, I would've called. Anyway, after a memo where I realized the mistake in a call back to make sure this delivery. The manager stated that they are not really delivering right now, but that he would do it after he was done with his interview. I just think that is really good customer service because honestly he could've told me to come and our offer me a refund. I offered to tip them $10, and I would recommend this I hop over and placed in Albuquerque because honestly that was really really cool.
We ate at this location twice. Both time service was very good, even when they were short staffed. Manager stopped by to make sure everything was also up to par with our expectations.
Food was cooked to order. My husband loves crispy hashbrowns but most of the time he doesn't get them without telling restaurants to practically burn them. This location did it perfect both times without him requesting for them to be practically burnt.
I enjoyed their new Hawaiian sweet roll cinnamon french toast. I hope they decide to keep this on the menu for the future.
My wife and I went in around 830 to get there before everyone got out of church. we were seated immediately and got our food quickly. We have frequented IHOPs where we used to live in a different state, and this one was on par with our usual experience. Server was courteous and responsive. Will return to eat here again.
This I-Hop has THE BEST staff around. My family and I went to eat at this I-Hop and had the very best time. I have honestly never had better service, or a more caring staff at any other restaurant. The manager David, and his crew Melissa, Sasha and Andrea are fantastic.
The food was excellent. We've eaten at a few I-Hops ( 3 in the ABQ area), and while we always enjoy ourselves, some leave room for improvement. This establishment certainly met expectations. The food looked as it did on the menu, and was out in a hurry.
Honestly, if you're wondering which I-Hop to go to in the ABQ area, this is the one to choose. This crew deserves recognition and if any I-Hop establishment needs training, I would go to these guys for help.
Y'all are fantastic. David, Sasha, Melissa and Andrea.. you guys really put the cherry on top of the end to my daughters birthday vacation.

Overall the IHop was clean and we were quickly seated once we arrived. The waitress was very kind and served us with coffee and took our orders. The food was very hot, well cooked and you got a lot of it . I had the Denver Omelette and it was stacked up for cheese, and meat. The only issues is that they did not bring the salsa when the food came , I had to asked for that .
The coffee is was very good and overall it is a good place to to have breakfast
