I really enjoy this little joint. Good real food made by real people. Excellent red sauce. And a machaca burrito for breakfast is a satisfying way to start the day (I like to have them add red sauce to it). The covered porch on the back side is a smart little design that provides shade, plants and a cool area to relax that seems to use roof rain runoff to water the plants. Good fast and affordable.

Best Burritos in Town!. Absolutely, without doubt, no competition, the best burritos in Albuquerque. I've been eating here for 18 years and the quality is always consistent and the service fast and courteous. The carne adovada burrito (#12) is truly the best carne adovada I've had in any restaurant, bar none. The machaca burrito is to die for, as is the green regular. The breakfast burritos are really great, too. Vegetarian options are also available, such as the rice, beans and chile burrito, or the chile relleno burrito. The tacos are also quite tasty, as are the other menu items. You just can't go wrong. DO NOT drive by this place without stopping for one of their wonderful burritos! You will become an instant habitué! No kidding!
I really like their chili rellenos. It's fun to try something different like a taco joint and I'm enjoying the food.
Fresh and fast. This is the type of burrito shack I dig. Everything I get tastes fresh, and it's cheap. The salsa stands out as some of the best salsa I have had in ABQ. Yeah, the parking is a bit dodgy, but call in your order ahead of time. It saves on the standing wait-time.

When I noticed 👮🏼♂️👮🏽buying lunch here, I figured it must be good. They probably hit a lot of joints while on the job. The chorizo burrito was delicious and the ranchero platter even better. Conveniently close

Best tacos ever. They are homemade. They reminded me of my mother's. The shells are deep fried and crispy, with fresh lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. The salsa is soooo perfect, spicy and full of flavor.
