ABQ peeps - I ate here for the first time today. I thought it was just another burger joint, but pleasantly surprised to find that it is so much more. Yes, they have burgers, but even those have been elevated. Must try the asparagus fries! White tablecloths, cloth napkins, and beer and wine too. Very tasty!
A new menu offers more options. Cuban torta was amazing and so was the fish pot pie. Bravo!!
Great menu with a good selection of meat and seafood. They have not just beef but also Buffalo and turkey for burgers. Their grilled calamari was delicious. The burgers are moist and flavorful. We arrived at 8pm and were given great service. We weren't rushed at all, great service great food. We felt bad for being there late but the staff were very accommodating.
From Gourmet burgers to haute cuisine, Flamez has a robust and delicious menu! I had the Shrimp and scallop pot pie, my guest had the Al Pastor burger. The asparagus fries appetizer was fantastic! Both were filling and worth the trip. Definitely recommend!

FOOD:
The food is plated well we had the bruschetta appetizer (served with 3 pieces total, not shown). This was really amazing, the creaminess of the goat cheese and soft yet slightly crispy bread make a wonderful addition to the flavors they have in the bruschetta.
I thought the salmon blt sandwich was good. A lucious portion of salmon, really good seasoning and a little extra savory bacon. All which was really good. (The salad looked good but was kinda average, but you can choose a different dressing or possibly kettle chips.) Might have to change that for next time.
I didn't try the fish and chips but it was recommended and I was told tasted very good.

Our server Vanessa was truly helpful from selecting wine, choosing what to order, and in general being a great waitress/server!
I recommend going here if you get the chance, and I'm definitely going back for the bruschetta!
I love this place prices are a bit high but its got this cute intimate feeling its a great date night place something different... ive been a handful of times this place doesn't disappoint

Friend and I were hankering for a darn good plate of fish and chips for lunch. Flamez delivered. Our food came out of the kitchen fast, and was hot as hell. The haddock was a just-right sized portion, the filet lightly battered with a crisp tempera coating. The fish was exceptionally fresh and flaked apart without being overcooked. Came with shoestring fries that were fine, but more like a garnish than a side dish; $17. Server offered malt vinegar for the table; the plate came with side of ketchup and tarter sauce. Note: online menu isn't kept up-to-date: there are more added items now, and one can order from menu whether its lunch or dinner. Menu has ample omnivoric entrees, several seafood options includes ahi tuna on salad, fish tacos, and cioppino. They have a strawberry tamarind salad, burgers, burger bowls, several entrees other than the BLT with bacon accents (some where cook could omit the B, others where it wouldn't be possible), 2 soups (French onion made with veal broth, and tomato bisque), and deserts. Kettle chips! Contemporary bright space with ample natural light from large windows.

Great food with an upscale feel, but comfort kitchen vibe. Rare mix, and fun twist to burger joint. A well accepted, pleasant break in pace from the general day to day restraunt.
Great burgers and if your a fan of tempura check out their asparagus that's covered in it. Gatta say was pretty darn tasty!
Loved this place since the day they opened their doors with mostly just burgers on the menu. Back then the burgers were amazing and still are to this day. Now that they have expanded they have expanded their menu and do not disappoint! I had the best fish tacos ever! The staff is always wonderful and the bar is great too! This is my favorite burger bistro by far!
We have eaten here several times. Never had a bad meal nor left hungry. The service is quick and friendly. My wife enjoys the turkey sandwich with cranberry mayo (Try it with goat cheese). I like the burger bowls with buffalo or the fish and chips. Give this place a try and you won't be disappointed.
Food is excellent. It took forever to get our meal. I noticed mine was ready first, but it stayed on the counter until my husband's was ready so my food came cold. Got new fries, but not burger, it was still a little warm, so it was fine. The burger was excellent. We'll go back again, but not during dinner time. Maybe a late lunch. Hard working and friendly staff.
