Delicious vegetarian food with an abundance of flavorful options including rice dishes, soups, noodle dishes, and even clay pot dishes. I'm not a vegetarian, but I didn't need meat added to anything. It was all amazing with varying textures and delicious flavors. Not all covered in oil & sugar like some vegetarian places. Friendly staff constantly keeping our beverages full and making sure we have everything we need and it's all great; like one would want when dining out. Looking forward to coming back and trying even more dishes.

Awesome vegetarian/healthy oasis in Albuquerque! Thoroughly enjoyed every dish we ordered. The main owner is a really nice guy, and you can tell he really loves what he does. Our favorite dish was the mock pork dish, but you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Also, the restrooms are clean. And they always make sure our glasses were filled with water.

We used to come here a couple of years ago when we lived in the area and we were vegetarian. At that time they only served Vietnamese food and we loved it. We came here for the first time in awhile and it seems there have been some recent additions to the menu and we still love it! I think there is something for everyone on the menu no matter your preferences. I had the mock beef tacos with a side of guacamole, while my partner had the Beyond Beef green chile cheese burger with fries. Additionally, we had to do a curbside pickup order due to the pandemic which went smoothly with zero hassle. Can’t wait to come back and order our old Vietnamese favorites and to see if the delicious new items on the menu stick around.

My friend and I tried this place out for the first time. I must say I am impressed with the food quality and taste here. All menu items are vegan/vegetarian. We ordered a few dishes to try: Vietnamese crepe, green papaya salad, and a combination plate of veggie meat and rice. The portions are big. The crepe was tasty. It was filled with bean sprouts and mushrooms. The sour-sweet sauce was a good condiment for this dish. The green papaya salad was fresh and crispy. The rice plate was tasty. All three plates were shared by two people and we were stuffed! The decor is simple and the place is clean. I would go back there again

Heard a lot about this restaurant before my trip here so had to try it! Ordered the buns and a tofu and mushroom pot dish. The buns were ok but the you dish was delicious. Wish I could live here and try some more food! Service was also excellent.

I'm not vegetarian, but I am adventurous and enjoy venturing outside my confront zone. Enter An Hy Quan Vegetarian Restaurant on Juan Tabo. This seemingly uninspired looking restaurant sits in the parking lot of a downtrodden looking shopping center in the southeast area of Albuquerque. However, don't let rough exterior appearances deceive you; make your way inside and you'll be in for a real treat as I was when I stopped by for the first time last Wednesday afternoon. Once seated and handed my menu; I knew immediately that I was going to have some hard decisions to make. An Hy Quan offers a great variety of vegetarian items ranging from rice dishes, noodle bowls, stir-fried noodles, clay pot dishes, and a multitude of different soups. After glaring through the menu for about ten minutes, I finally decided to go with the integrate looking "Crispy Chow Mein" (listed as item "C1" in the stir-fried noodle section). After a short wait, it made its way to my table and knew then that I had gotten more than what I bargained for. The portion size of this thing is considerable. So much so that I ended up taking the second-half home to finish off for dinner later that night. The bird's nest appearance is what makes this dish stand out, but make no mistake, it's just as delicious as it looks. The ratings for this place are at five stars on almost every restaurant review platform, and after my first visit last week, I can only concur. It's a shame that I have only recently discovered this place. However, I fully intend on going back sometime soon. A good locally owned vegetarian restaurant for everyone to enjoy.

Love coming here. The food tastes so healthy and the serving size is large enough we can order several items and eat family style. Easy location and lots of parking.

What. The. Heck. An Hy Quan has been on my list of restaurants to visit for years, and I never really made the time - wow, do I regret that now. The food is amazing, it's a cute little restaurant, and the food is AMAZING. Pictured is the soft lo mein (yum) and cashew mock pork in the background - the cashew mock pork is honestly so addictive. Now I just have to figure out excuses to eat here on a regular basis...
