Wendy's

The absolute worst experience at Wendy's ever. Ordered food on app, picked up at the restaurant. Order is all taped up in the bag, get to truck and check order. My sandwich is missing. My husband went back to the restaurant to get my food. Apparently they have staffing issues and closed right after he picked up our food the first time. The manager, dressed in street clothes, tells my husband through the locked door that the grills were off already and there is nothing he can do about it. Can't refund money? Can't apologize? Where in the world do you pay for food, not get it and then the manager says nothing I can do about it?? Then, I had to email Wendy's twice before I got a reply. This is not acceptable. How about some pride in your work? Or accountability? Just do yourself a favor and skip this sorry excuse for a Wendy's. It's not worth the time or effort to mess with them.

I went here on lunch with co-workers. It took about around 10 minutes to have my order taken even tho there was only 4 peoplein line. The girl on the till was new so I won't discuss the problems I had while placing my order. The others in my party were more than half-way finished with their meal by the time I got my order. There were no straws or ketchup cups available once I got to the drink station. Seeing as I had a whole lot of time to observe the staff while waiting, I noticed that not one of them moved with any kind of fire under their a$$es whatsoever. Just casually walking at a leisurely pace. The sandwiches were built with a bit of care so I gave 2 stars, otherwise it would have had to be a 1.

First off the drive-through was closed! Then I went inside & waited 10 minutes to order & another 10 to get my food: a salad (which are pre-made), & a grilled chicken sandwich with only mayo. The chicken was black! It had burnt black chunks from the grill all around the outside! I don't know if they made it fresh, (which I doubt, cuz that takes like 5-10 minutes) if it had sat on the grill for a while, or if it had sat in a heating pan, but I do know this- nobody with any kind of respect for their job or their customers should have let that sandwich go out to someone who paid almost $6 for it!!!

Absolutely the worst experience I've had at a Wendy's. First, it started with the cashier holding a naked baby and walking around the kitchen, holding the baby. This seemed like a major health code violation. Then the experience continued to be bad, as a different person came to take over the till. (The other lady then walked around the kitchen, still carrying the naked baby). They didn't know the menu, and the restaurant was out of several items. They made several errors during the ordering process. After we had all ordered our food, he laughed at us asking if that was all we were going to eat. Our order then came out wrong, and when asking to have it corrected were met with rude remarks. We ordered the seasonal fruit from the menu, and got rotten apples. Meanwhile someone else sitting next to us ordered the seasonal fruit and got a bowl of strawberries. While ordering the kitchen was observably dirty and gross. The dining area was also filthy. Do not go here. Terrible experience.

HIGHLY disappointed. The gentleman at the register was EXTREMELY rude in tone & comments to the older gentleman in front of us, who had received the incorrect change back & asked about it. Before that the same customer had wanted a taco salad & was very rudely told that they were out & sighed loudly when the guy asked about what was in another salad. The older gentleman was CLEARLY uncomfortable, as were my son & I. Watching how customers were treated after us, it didn't get any better. I don't know if the cashier hates his job, or has personal issues he couldn't leave at the door, but it was an experience that ensures we will just eat in the truck when we come back through.
