Hardee's

Asked for extra crispy chicken and curly fries . 1. They gave my order to the car in front of me, so I had to wait for "fresh chicken" 2. i waited for a good 10/15mins to what it seems, and not only is my chicken the most soggiest chicken iv ever seen, it's not even crispy , and oh yes.... Let us not forget the curly fries I never got. If I could rate you guys a 0/5 I would do so in a heart beat. This is why I don't come to your location, and probably never will again. Thanks for ruining my dinner.

We were hungry for something for breakfast so we went to the Hardee's in lyndale Minnesota. It did take a while to get the order but our food was very good. A very nice people that were working in there. I would recommend it if you are looking for Hardee's and you are in the area. Always recommend the monster biscuit!

Disappointing. Bacon Cheeseburger was fine. Made the mistake of getting their apple pie. Price went up quite a bit in price. Used to be 2 for a $1.00 now 2 for $3.00. Probably the worst fast food apple pie I've had. The pie was less than half full and I don't think I saw a single piece of apple. Told my friend we would have been better off going to the grocery store getting a Hostess pie and nuking it.

When I visited it was the morning and I got breakfast. The lady at the counter was extremely helpful, However the friar was not working! I jokingly asked if they were going to get it fixed and the lady working the drive-through, was extremely RUDE!!! And she said "Well we don't know how to fix it!" Obviously I didn't mean that, I just meant sometimes when you call repair places they aren't able to get to you immediately! And I was a manager at a Hardee's and I did not envy these women who would have to work over a lunch period and have to tell people that they could not have French fries or curly fries!LOL 😆 I don't know if she was just stressing out or what, but I didn't say anything! Then the woman at the counter went to the back to help the cook, because orders were backing up. So the drive-through lady bagged up my food to go, and when she handed me the bag I looked to see if there were napkins in it and I heard her say "You don't need to look to see if it's your food, I know what I put in there!" I just put my napkins in and walked out, However corporate WILL be hearing from me!!! That kind of attitude is not necessary in the customer service business!!!😠

Don't dare ask for clarification on anything they say in drive-thru or they'll treat you like you have an IQ of 1. Super disappointing because breakfast is delicious but I can't spend my money at a place who has employees that treat you as an inconvenience. I wish they'd take reviews seriously because there seems to be a running theme.
