Buffalo Wild Wings

from out of town ate here because they were open late and close to our hotel. First it was seat yourself and all the tables were unbiased and dirty, once we found a place to sit, it took about 15 minutes for our waitress to acknowledge us. We had ordered a large cheese curd which was fine and came out fast. When we ordered our food it took about 40 minutes for us to get 10 boneless wings and a chicken wrap. The chicken wings were cold as well as the fries and wrap. We asked that the wrap be remade and it was microwaved, when we got it back it had no lettuce and way to much sauce to the point the tortilla wouldn’t stay together. Overall horrible experience and will not be coming back.

Standard sports bar. Decent selection of beer. Recently renovated in early 2021! This place has gotten a more modern feel with high top tables everywhere. The kitchen is variation in speed of how fast the food comes out with anywhere between there shortly after ordering to taking up to an hour for 10 wings and fries. The bar is super nice with a place to charge the phone & friendly bartenders

Our most recent visit was far and away an awful experience. Our server appeared overwhelmed when she initially approached our table and mentioned being short handed. I expected some delays, but wasn't in too much of a hurry. We ordered drinks and apps within a few minutes of being seated. Our drinks took 10 minutes or so, and another 20 minutes later Our server came back around and confirmed out app order, which she hadn't put in yet. We attempted to order our meals, but she couldn't be bothered. A little later she did take our meal order, ignoring the empty drinks in front of us. Eventually our appetizer arrived, cold. Brought by another staff member. The party seated behind us, a group of 5 vs our 2, had been seated well after we arrived, and had already finished their meal - even commenting to us about how long we had waited. At the 1 hour mark, I flagged down a different server, who refilled my drink, and went to check on our meal. It had not yet been started so we asked her to cancel it. She was quick to try and make things right. Voiding our uneaten items, offering various corrections etc. She was 10/10 for the few minutes we remained. Our original server was seen spending most of her time at the hostess station, laughing and talking with other staff.

Managed to get a table relatively quick, but from there it was pretty bad. They weren't that busy and we had a very inattentive waitress that passed by us several times while our drinks were empty. Food came out and there was a hair in one of our parties plate of food, and our boneless wings were mostly just batter and hard. The noise level in this place is just Waaaay too loud, and not because of customers, but because of the music. We had to basically yell to have a conversation sitting 2 feet from each other. My appetizers were good, but that was about it.

My first time ever visiting this location. I ordered online for a pick up. Pick was supposed to be 6:30pm at 6:47pm a guy told me they have to remake my food cause he gave it to another customer. I now have to wait over 30 minutes for my order to be remade. They when I finally get it my order had pico and cilantro on it when I specified in the order none of either. I will not give this location my business again! It is a Tuesday night, not late, not a weekend, they have tons of staff... no excuse for this horrible experience.

I ordered online at 10:57am to be picked up curbside at 11:40am. I arrived at the store at 11:38 & called the number for curbside delivery. The person on the phone said he would have my order right out. Ten minutes later I called to see how much longer it was going to be and he said it was the next one to come out. I waited 10 more minutes and walked inside to see what was the delay. When I told tthe person I had been waiting 20 minutes she said "bummer, here's your food" I had people on their lunch hour waiting for the food and now we're not going to have time to enjoy the meal. The employees response showed me that they really didn't care about their customers satisfaction.
