Kopper Kettle Kafe

First visit. This place treated everyone like family...no matter how busy they were. BUSY is a good sign of good business. Judy our waitress was very informative and super nice. LARGE food portions reasonably priced, tasty and served hot/fresh. Not a fancy place just down home. Had breakfast and will be back. Not a large parking lot and may have to wait but you leave happy and full. Wheelchair entrance. A few tables for large seating.

This a good place in Yucaipa to have a delicious Good Ole' Fashion Breakfast. A large size menu with many dishes to choose from. I had the Steak & Eggs breakfast and it was amazingly good. The waitress was kind and courteous. They offer bakery style treats and deserts. The decor inside is kinda eclectic from Country Kitchen to 80's Movies. I had a great dinning experience.

Today they get a 3. Yes, the food is good but the wait is atrocious sometimes. Today is Monday at 12:20 so there is a lunch crowd. Yes, they are busy but the owner and the hostess are moving with ZERO sense of urgency. There are already 5 people in line when I got there, 3 more after I got there and I not the peolke behind me were not even acknowledged as to being there standing in line. No, " we will be right with you, or welcome we will be with you shortly". The owner nor the hostess would even look up at the people standing in line. To me, that is so they do not have to talk to us, acknowledge we are in line or deal with anyone being angry for the wait. I'm getting tired of the slow service I have 2 waitresses that are good, Deanna and Judy are their names I believe. Since they do not use the high school kids anymore, it's a little better. Step up your hands Kopper Kettle or lose my business and anyone I know.

Great food, but TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE! That is, unless something has changed since we went here a few years ago. The staff were all family and close friends, so there is no accountability to have quality service. When we ate here, the waitress flirted with my husband and insulted me. When I asked her to stop, she asked, "What's the matter? Don't you have a sense of humor?" When we reported her to the man up front, he just got offended and said, "That's my mom you're complaining about!" This place is a joke.

Really good food, their buttermilk pie is soo good. There is a driveway right in front of it but it's an exit only the one after if your going down hill is the way in and for extra parking go to the back. If your coming up hill enter in by yoga studio entrance but don't park in their spaces there is designated parking.
