This place is very big with a indoor play area for kids. The service was good. The only reason why I reduced the stars was for the food. I order crispy chicken burger and I had to search for the buns as they were flat as tortilla, secondly the pull apart doughnut, which had a weird taste and I believe it was definitely was spoiled.

We were coming for a shamrock shake. Who knew they would be closed at 7:00 p.m. on a Friday night on spring break weekend LOL in the end we thought we were just head back to Stater Brothers Yucaipa and the Yucaipa McDonald's was open and we all got our sandwich. Yucaipa McDonald's is practically right up the road. I took us about 6 minutes to buy a car. I think from here on out we're going to start favoring downtown Yucaipa LOL 😂😆

We ate in the dining room yesterday and it was like a cold empty ghost town. Only one young man there with a drink and on his break. (Not an employee) he helped us use the kiosk to order our meals and even offered us his coupon which we declined. Nice guy! The employees were very focused on the drive-thru only.

Today Sept. 4th I've been line for over 30 minutes! This place is just getting worse every time. Management doesn't care. These guys don't believe in providing good customer service.

I can't believe I paid $7 for a grease soaked burger. I had 3 bites and I had to throw it out. The buns were all soggy with grease. Another time I went to the drive thru a hour before they were supposed to close and they were already shut down. This McDonald's is a disgrace

I placed an online order on to take home on Saturday and ordered my usual quarter pounder with cheese. I was so disappointed to find out that there was not one single fresh onion on my burger!! That’s what makes this burger so good!! It was not good … definitely needed the onions.

Terrible experience. They are very rude even the manager. An elderly couple was politely waiting for creamer and sugar for the coffees they were handed. They were ignores for over 5 minutes and I finally asked for her and they said she will get it with her food yelling at me. All the other customers gave a thumbs up saying I did a good job. Then the cashier seemed like she hated her job.
