The service was good. Short line. They were out of the white chocolate drink we wanted so we got peppermint ice coffee, which was very good.

Perfect service today at Southwoods Dunkin. Ordered on the app, walked in two minutes later and my cold brew was waiting for me. Just the way I ordered it. Store was clean and the employee behind the counter told me to have a great day as I left.

This dunkin donuts is one of my favorites but alas everyone has a bad day I guess. I usually pay it forward every time I go buying for the car behind me. This was the worst experience I've had in a while. The wait time was long and the person at the window was rude. I'm sorry for the customer behind me I didn't pay for your order out of frustration. I hope my next experience will be better.
