It’s always a amazing experience. Chick-fil-A customer service can’t be beat. This location does a great job at providing fast friendly service of a delicious hot product.

Chick-fil-A is my all time favorite fast food restaurant. Their salads are big enough for two portions so I often get them for work and it feeds me for two days. You can purchase their salads as early as 10:30 AM which works perfectly for me. And everyone knows you can’t beat their customer service!

Whoever is running this place needs to run some of our government programs. This place operates like a well oil machine. While I went through the long line in the drive thru I watched the park and pick up, the dine-in, and an amazingly well organized drive thru crew. Polite and super friendly as always. The time per customer was amazing. Of course I could not see the kitchen but it was cranking out the food. The location on Jefferson could use some coaching from this team in several ways. The food was great and consistent like it should be. This team deserves the credit for the sales volume they obviously have. Nice job, we are a loyal lifetime customer.

Of all the Chick-fil-A's I've ever gone to, this one is absolutely my favorite. They rarely ever get an order wrong but nobody's perfect. So I've had over probably 10 years I have had 3 or 4 orders not be right. All in all, I think that's a pretty good record.

Absolutely amazing! I was running a little late, nobody's fault but my own. However, I got in line at this Chick-fil-A and it seemed to be about 10+ cars in the line if not more. I expected to wait about 10 minutes in the line. I kid you not, I only set there, ordered, had my food and was on my way! In under about 5 minutes! Amazing! Chick-fil-A for President! Okay, that may be a bit much. I was beyond impressed by the effectiveness and the strategy displayed! The staff was is amazing!

Gotta love it! Perfect orders every time. Fastest drive-thru on the planet. Great people. Now I made myself hungry and it's 42 miles to the nearest CFA and 5:30 a.m. Awwww Shucks!

Typical master class experience.
It could be a wrap around line and they will still get you out of there in less than a few minutes. As expected, everyone is enthusiastically friendly. Love it

They have never made a mistake on my order. My only suggestion is the drive thru lines should be designated one for new orders , the other for online orders. I get my order and then cannot get out bc the cars in front of me have not ordered yet.
