Been here twice, everything was good. Not consistent with keeping cold brew available, so will likely be where we go for big train drinks only.

My husband loves the heaven in a cup from here so when he asked me to bring him a drink I drove from my work place (on 4th Avenue) to here (80th) on my lunch just to get it. I have no regrets but customer service could have been a little better. The person who helped me was nice and quick but said three words to me while carrying on a conversation with the person in the other window on the other side while I was waiting.

Would of really like to have my drinks mixed before I get them. Not sure why iced Mocha was so warm. Maybe not ran over ice before putting in a cup.

I have been here numerous times, dont ever ask if i want to tip! a tip is optional, you get paid an hourly wage, coffee is not a cheap treat due to your hourly wage. if i want to tip its because you went above and beyond service expectations, you know if you have done this, so dont ask let it be offered

Great Service! Dont understand why they close soo early. People coming home from work cant get a drink. The traffic is busy their around 5 to 7, just a thought.

Get coffee every morning from these guys! Specials are always fun and they're patient with the orders (I get everyone at my work drinks when I go) and these guys are amazing. Love love love both locations of Outback
