Burger King

22 June 2022 - 3 Stars 1) I rate the food 4 Stars. The taste is good and at a fair price. 2) The rewards app is okay, but not the best offers for burgers in the area. 3) I rate the store cleanliness, GENEROUSLY, with 2 Stars. The staff does not clean the drink area - just put a sign saying it's slippery. Granted, the staff are not the ones making the mess and spilling drinks, but I was amazed that during the 1 hour we were there (slowly eating and visiting) the drink area was never cleaned. The "slippery" sign was already posted before we arrived. The mess of napkins, etc. in that area was noticeable. Small Drink Lids were missing as well.

I really enjoy the staff here and they always get my order right for a fair price. We eat here about once a month by the way, and each time seem to receive great service. -1 star for how hot the food is not. Every stinking time we go, we open our sandwiches hoping that they’ll be piping hot this time. Maybe next time…

Burger King serves the best food, they are polite, and my husband and I never have an issue with them, customers tend to get snippy sometimes and make a review that these workers are mean and terrible but that's not the case. Customers have to be respected but so do the workers, good job Burger King, your the best and we will definitely be ordering more and more for now on!

Fist of all I normally don't leave bad reviews. The food at this location has always been good, but some of the employees are extremely rude. I got treated like a criminal, because of thier mistake. They forgot to give me my wife's burger so I came back to the drive through line to get my burger they forgot. I honestly wasn't mad, because mistakes happen we are all human after all, but the lady treated me like I was trying to steal a burger. I had to argue with her and show her my receipt. I don't enjoy being treated badly because of thier mistake. Other restaurants fess up to their mistakes, but here you get treated horribly, because of thier mistake.

Waited about 25-30 minutes to get order wanted fresh. Fries were cold asked for 2 bottom buns got a potato Bunn. Got a hoagie bunn cut in half for my Jr. Whopper meals. Was one of the worst experiences at this site. Been there many times before always been satisfied until this time.. They we're busy had at least 8 orders showing on screen. Two Uber delivery pickups came in they even were waiting for orders... Looked as if front counter cashier didn't know how to help or just didn't want to in-between orders because a cashier from drive- thru have me my shakes about 2 minutes before my order arrived...
