Burger King

Wasn’t expecting a five star restaurant when I went through the drive thru. It was fast, I was the only car. But the food is very hit or miss with it tasting freshly cooked vs like it’s been through a microwave. The chicken was soggy and textured like springy rubber. The crust literally falling off in clumps. At least the fries were decent. But the chicken definitely tasted like it’d been through a microwave.

CLEANLINESS: They were not busy at all but bathrooms (both) were gross but the men's was beyond gross. The lobby looked clean but the floors back by the bathroom were sticky. FOOD: I don't come to BK expecting a five star meal but our burgers were cold, so cold it couldn't even melt the cheese and the buns were kinda hard. The fries were good but the soda machine only had a few options of drinks to choose from. STAFF: The employees were really super nice and one in particular sweet woman put a big K crown on my son and made it a big deal which made him very happy. I give the staff a 5⭐. Thank you for being so courteous. ADVICE: Ask specifically for fresh food especially their sandwiches and you'll probably have a better sandwich.

Honestly the worst online service I have ever had. It is 2pm in the afternoon and I am trying to order something from their website and it says the store is unavailable? This has happened multiple times and it is getting rightfully on my nerves. Their hours also make no sense and are not till midnight, maybe 8pm but they are never open at midnight.

DOORDASH PIC-UP!! is sadly rude Everytime had a employee here dd pickup and walked away waited 5min different employee walks up gives total for car behind me tell them door dash pickup agian and it was sitting next to the window since before I pulled up to it, things like this or sitting there without being looked at for 8 min then to get rude when I say no there no amount it's doordash order throw it at me very hard for us who pick up
