Ordered a 4D, spicy chicken deluxe. Was supposed to come with lettuce, Pickle(s) and Mayo (hold the tomato for me). This is what I got when I opened the box after arriving home. The young man who took my money didn’t speak and wouldn’t even look at me, and I was not given a receipt either.

This is the very definition of I don't give a s**t.
They seem irritated, and everything is always soggy and coldish.
If you are hungry well stop.
Just know very little chance you are gonna get a good McDonald's experience..
One star is not fair because there are people trying I'm sure.
But in general I always think when I stop here.
Man that sucked.
They can even get Ice coffee right.
Drive, and extra 100 yards and get donuts from Glazed.

Where I stop by for my bike ride. Convenient place to "fuel up" for the ride home. Have been doing that for years growing up in the Springs. Again though, fast food should not be a staple of your diet and eaten occasionally.

We stopped for lunch after a bike ride. I had a quarter pounder medium combo. Used the kiosk to order and our meal was ready quickly and delivered to our table.

Every night when I come through at 9-10 they have me wait at the speaker for 5 mins and then proceed to say the system is down. It happens almost every night and 3 days ago I went through at 10:40 and they didn’t take my order for 8 mins and when I went to the window they were all just standing there so I called and asked what time they close and they said 11 but still did not take my order. It happens more than often.

I love the food but the website is whack. I have bought food at the site the website picks and not the one that I repeatedly use. I have almost ready to go back to the old school ordering methods, since you have to go to the window regardless.

Fast Service, friendly staff and great tasting food. Better then what you find in town and worth the extra drive to the north side of Xenia.
