From what I can remember I don't remember ever going to Chili's before. Today me and dad decided to go and eat because of a gift card we had. I was extremely pleased with the visit. We were greeted right away and sat. Our server, Josh was amazing and very kind as well as the manager that was working. I didn't catch her name. We both got lemonades and they were very good. Josh always made sure to bring refills very quickly. We also got the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and they were very good. I got the old timer burger and my dad got the fajitas. Both of them were very delicious no complaints there. We finished off with the cookie ice cream skillet which was my favorite part of the meal. It's so delicious I highly recommend trying it out. Overall, we both had a great time and I definitely recommend trying this Chili's out, we will definitely be going back.
Couldn't be happier with the service. My fiance and I were waiting for our appetizer, and it apparently took too long for our waiter. we weren't paying attention to how long it was taking, and he gave it to us for free, without any complaints from us. This guy was great and I hope to come back in the future!

Amazing staff. The service here was on point. The food was hot and fresh. And one of our guys took full advantage of unlimited chips and Salsa 🤣
Excellent! Everything was fantastic from the food to the drinks but the best part was the wait staff. Especially Brittany! She was quick, efficient and on point! Every restaurant should have a server like her! 👍🏽 The Patron Margarita was perfect, not too sweet. The Bacon Ranch Quesadilla was delicious. My partner got the Half Rack Baby Back Ribs and they were also delicious. Each empty plate was immediately cleared, which I love! Other servers would come and take as they walked by. Kudos to the manager for running a smooth shift! Give Brittany a raise!!
Had a great time. Was only a short wait for a table and our waitress Jesica was very attentive. There was 3 of us, and 2 orders came out and we were informed the 3rd order hadn't been rang in....so it was a good wait for that...but the waitress had the manager add a discount to our total bill to reflect the 3rd ordered entree as free. All in all, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was pleasant. 🥇
none of us caught our servers name (😢) but we came in on saturday night for appetizers and drinks and had the absolute best time. the server was so funny and they really made the whole dining experience worth going out. they fixed and issue we had with our drinks and made sure everyone was taken care of the entire time. 11/10 service!

My husband and I went for dinner tonight and had the most amazing customer experience ever! We drove from Holland just to eat here. I have never been to a restaurant where all the servers worked as a team to take care of all of their customers. The food was not only good but the service was exceptional! Thank you for working so hard and making our night out great! We will definitely make the drive here again soon!
Excellent and generally a great example for Chili's. Fantastic service that feels more like you're talking with a friend instead of a server, which is just superb. Makes the experience just that much more comfortable! The food was lovely, with a portion that was as filling as it was flavorful. My only request would be a little more attention to the restrooms to foster a cleaner post-COVID enviornment. A great experience at a Chili's conviently located off-from US-131, and a place I can safely reccomend!
