Went through drive-thru. Took a long time to get an order, and they made the coffee wrong and had to redo it.

The place has gone down a bit over the years. It doesn't have that warm, inviting atmosphere like it used to. Staff was so-so. Had to ask for straws, napkins...they used to have that all available in the back. While we were in the shop for a few hours, the line of people waiting for their drinks was insane. I think I would have walked out and gone somewhere else for coffee. This was on a Friday morning, I think. We got there around 7:30 am, which was just before the line of people.

My morning started out kinda rough so I thought I’d get breakfast and a coffee to try and make the most out of it. I was immediately greeted by two of the most friendliest girls i’ve ever met. Chloe took my order and was so sweet and patient as I am pretty indecisive. She helped me make a decision based on what I like and was overall so helpful. Kennedy made my drink and I swear my Biggby has never hit this hard. It was honestly one of the best drinks i’ve had in a while. While I was waiting she initiated conversation and it ended with us both laughing. Top tier service and can’t wait to come back :)

They did take a while to give us our order but the wait was worth it . We got two bagels, cookie butter latte and a strawberry mocktail and they were so good. My partner and I have been to different bigby locations and this one may have the best tasting bagels and drinks! The worker who took our order was also very kind and amazing ! 😊

The coffee was excellent they did a good job
Brewing what it was overall a really good experience it was a little dirty at first sight in the AC does need to be turned up as degrees in there other than that though I enjoyed it.
