This may be due to how small this store is, but it seems that orders are frequently messed up at this location for one reason or another. Coffee tends to not taste the same as other Dunkin's as well. Staff is willing to fix it if you let them know, but just make sure you get what you wanted before leaving.

If I could leave 0 stars I would… the staff is rude and apparently can’t listen. My husband goes there most mornings and all of those mornings, I have to dump my coffee and make my own because it’s apparently really difficult to make a large iced latte with French vanilla and skim milk…

I go here frequently and I have issues with order mix ups on and off, but yesterday they gave me a regular ice coffee (300mg) instead of the decaf(30mg) I ordered and I didn't catch the mistake. That 10x more caffeine!! I couldn't sleep until 7am the next day almost 24 hours after I had the coffee. But the worst part is I'm pregnant and consumed double the max daily caffeine limit for pregnancy and 6x the more conservative max I aim to be under. The staff needs to be way more attentive when taking orders!

Severely understaffed. Lines constantly out into the road, causing a safety hazard. This Dunkin Donuts location in Tatnuck Square should be avoided.
Also, constantly low inventory and slow service. I wish I could give it less than one star.

They can never get my order right. They have one employee that always works in the drive thru that rushes you and doesn’t seem to listen half the time when you have more than coffee to order. They forgot my hash browns in my order this morning and also didn’t add almond milk to my coffee (I’m lactose intolerant) so it’s my only choice. When they don’t forget my hash browns they burn them and they taste like they were taken from the bottom of someone’s stove.

The worst location EVER! They never mix in the flavor swirl and then scoff when you ask for napkins so you can turn the iced coffee upside down to shake it. They NEVER get a food order right. Seriously NEVER Rude staff. Just all around a dumb and ignorant crew. Serious morons. Been going there for 6 months, I really give up. I just give up.
