Every time I order which is a lot but that's going to probably stop, my order is messed up 50% of the time. Sometimes I get what I want sometimes I get what ever they give me. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years and this is the worst I've ever seen it. I was picking up my order tonight while there was a man sitting in a booth waiting for his pizza that they had to make three times because they made it wrong two times. I know ownership has changed over the years but the quality and service used to be so much better.

Food is ok. But I ordered a grilled chicken and broccoli Alfredo pizza for 17$ and I get a pasta bowl... Also ordered a steak pizza and got a steak sub. Like... How is your system so bad that you don't know what's being ordered? Food was for multiple people so... waiting an hour for the food for 1 person doesn't sit well with us. Refused to rectify the situation. Smh.

If I could give it a 0 I would!!! 2 LG Pizza, wings & mozzarella sticks took 1 hour & 40 mins !!! Mind you I had to call 11 times to check the status on my food and was put on hold multiple times for long period of time. Pizza gets here it is burnt and has no sauce on it. Wings had minimal Buffalo sauce & everything was cold. Didn't give me any ranch for my wings. I wasted 50$ on trash !!
I added pictures as proof ! I will never order from here again.
Do yourself a favor & don't order from here. Go with Road Runner or Freshway

First time ordering from here. Simple order. A steak n cheese sub. Mayo onion pickle lettuce. There was no cheese onion and I'm not sure if they put mayo. After a couple bites i just threw it out.

This place is absolutely ridiculous they take forever to deliver your food.. we order our food at 11pm and the restaurant ended up closing and it’s 1am and our food is nowhere to be found.. every time we call someone answers the phone and doesn’t say anything… that’s very unprofessional of a business. NEVER AGAIN AM. I ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE.

Soooo I went to Golden Pizza on Lincoln Street, Worcester. The menu prices on the sceen did not match what the actual prices were. The price of the pizza was close to double of what I thought it would be!!! Per good business practices, the price advertised should have been the price that should be paid... Just bad business...

It will be a long time before I order from you again it took 25 hours for our food to be delivered and numerous phone calls the first person I spoke to was very rude and no help at all sorry I didn’t get her name the next morning I spoke to a very nice man. But had to call back at 6:00 pm and reorder then it took about an hour next time a want fish I will go elsewhere

Fantastic and friendly staff very busy but do not serve gluten free as far as I know. Was there tonight to pick up food for a client. Great hard working and friendly staff and people seem to love their food.
If fast food is your choice I highly recommend it.
