Scruffy Murphys

Went there at 8pm ignored by the waitress (2 AM Bartender). Asked for a menu she said Ya and ignored us for another 10 minutes. Ready to order she never came back then asked the other short blond bartender to order she did then everyone ignored us for 1/2;hr. Got a second drink but had to ask. Food came it was cold the humus platter came with a sub roll. Another 1/2 being ignored not a single check in about the food. Had seafood platter mash potatoes no gravy or butter and carrots from a can. Asked to pay and get a box for the non humus platter. Waitress (2am Bartender) brought bill then ignored me to get a box, had to ask the kid serving the food to get a box. Mind you bartender was at the end of the bar ignoring me. Worst service ever, will never go back and have an issue being treated this way. I’m in the military and have traveled the world and this type of service is shameful…..I didn’t even take the leftovers. Don’t go here and be ignored.

Been here twice. First time was great. Take away was sandwiches are good, drinks are ok, prices are great service is friendly=definitely coming back. Second time not so great, tacos are really soggy and taste kinda bad and the waitress wasn't great. Don't want to speak for others but it seemed like she didn't really care about any of the tables near us either=reevaluating first assessment. Average takeaway is that the sandwiches are good especially for the price and service is hit or miss depending on who you get and what kind of mood they're in.

The food is pretty good, the problem is ordering take out. Every single time I try to call no one answers the phone! I make multiple calls (a few times up to 15) but no one answers. So I have to go in to place the order and wait. There is always at least 4 waitstaff just standing around behind the bar. Not sure why they can’t pick up the phone.

Sat at the bar when they opened at 11. Was not spoken to for about 10mintues. Had to flag the blonde bar tender down when there was only 2 other people sitting at the bar. She obviously ignored us and preferred to be on her phone. Never received or offered menus even though we spent about 30minutes at the bar. Ended up leaving after finishing our 1 and only drink. Unfortunate because the service USED to be good.

Prices are incredibly good. The food is of great value. The beer selection is extensive. It's loud, a little cramped, and exactly what you'd think it should be for the name. I think sticking with the more traditional dishes will make you happiest; some of their more outside-of-the-genre dishes were a little less tasty. If you want a traditional Irish pub, you can't beat it. I don't know how they can keep their prices as low as they do!
