They only had the little sample spoons and said they had no full sized spoons. They didn’t secure the lid to my coffee causing it to spill all over the place. No one was available to replace the coffee or notify to clean it up so I just felt like a jerk and left without a coffee and this stupid spoon for the ice cream. Also forgot sprinkles on the other ice cream but that’s kind of a very small issue compared to there being no spoons somehow at the ice cream place.

Went to get Ice cream and waited in drive thru line because inside was closed and was told after waiting in line that they aren’t serving items from Baskin Robins just Dunkin Donuts side was being served. If you are going to operate only half of the business then put up a sign so people don’t wait in line to be told no we can’t do that and then have to wait to get out of the line because cars are in front and back of them and no way out . Not a good way to run a business!

I arrived to purchase some fantastic donuts for my co-workers and myself. The shelves were nearly full, but wasn't impressive. I just asked the lady to put those in, put those in, and put thise in also. I purchased four dozen. I'll try Troyers next time.

Out of most flavors like vanilla and chocolate, no hot fudge and most toppings. Took 10 mins waiting at window to get ice cream.

This baskin robins is a disgrace! The service was good don’t get me wrong but what monster would not put old fashioned butter pecan on their menu… that’s diabolical man and I hate living in a world where people like you exist

Called in and ordered a cake a week before it was needed. Went to pick it up and it was completely the wrong cake. Apparently the instructions were written correctly, but the cake maker messed it up. Should have just gone with Dairy Queen. Won't order here again.
