Buffalo Wild Wings

Mediocre food, but overpriced! What a deal! Seriously though I'm not a fan of this chain I keep trying it but it's not taking. If you like it'll probably be okay. Go other places for wings. Pizza hut in town doesn't have the variety of flavors a here but the base wings are tremendously better. Crazy idea order pizza hut's naked wings and get your own sauce. *Gasp* An idea that breaks the norm or involves actual thought and effort. *Hiss* Seriously though pizza hut wings base wings are leaps and bounds better. In response to the owner. Nah. I'll try eating here maybe once or twice a year to see if there is any change or if it's just me. But a positive note that I forgot to mention. The waitress was great and have nothing to complain about. Your staff seems pretty good.

Called earlier in the day to see about making reservations for a large party. They don't take reservations. We had a party of 12. I advised them we would be arriving between 445-500. Our server was prompt getting our drink orders, appetizer orders, brining our drinks and coming back for our food orders. However, they kept adding tables to her, so our service started declining. We ordered shots when our appetizers came out. We didn't get any plates to share appetizers. When our food started coming out, less than 1/2 of our group got their food. Then our server started taking orders at other tables. 5+ minutes go by, a few more orders came out. 1 of them wasn't correct and had to be sent back. 10 minutes later, the incorrect order comes out - still not correct but he ate it. Still missing one order. 15 more minutes go by, finally we get the last order. Then we finally got our shots. They were not short staffed. There were several other staff standing around. You could see several people in the kitchen. The manager did come out and remove the order that came out late and the one that came out wrong. It was just poorly managed as far as getting the orders out, correct and in a timely fashion. We definitely were disappointed and Im glad we planned for extra time, we were there for nearly 2 hours.

Service was terrible, took a very long time to get our drink orders. Food was good but our table of 8 people were served in a manner that half of our group was almost finished eating before the rest got there food. The restaurant was not even busy.. not the first time I have experienced this, will be my last.

Would be better if when we were walking out the host wasn't hitting on a group of guys and then backed into me holding my 9 month old daughter as she saw my wife and son pass her and I was behind her. I said excuse me as she backed into me as she is not paying attention and acts like it was my fault. Service is getting worst. Only needed 1 refill and never got it with meal. Never saw server except to bring our food because we asked the lead who went and got someone else to take our order. Finally gave my 1 refill at time to leave and it wasn't the drink I ordered. Walked up to pay because server walked by a lot and never once took bill and we have an 11 month old. You treat us good and we treat you good. Not in this case. They need to fix things.
