Extremely poor customer service. Don’t ask for ketchup at the window or you will be barked at by the ketchup police. Not that it’s an inconvenience to grab a couple packets of ketchup and throw it in the bag but you would think that it would kill the Wendy’s workers to do so! I know good workers are hard to find but this lady is so angry she has no business working in any job that requires customer service!!!!!

There was literally 2ppl working in here last night. Must've been short staffed. They did a great job though. Got things out very timely I must say! I went through the drive thru.

The manager (?) was so rude! she tried to describe the menu to me as if i was dumb and couldn’t read and refused to make an accommodation to my meal. The lobby is also very dirty.

Starving after work , ordered a chicken sandwich. Eating on the way home in the dark, noticed the texture and taste was nasty. Turned on the dome light and had a bloody chicken sandwich.

Been awhile since e I have been to Wendy's but the food quality has gone down terribly. My double hambuger was very bad for Wendy's.

I'll give only 3/5.. While I do enjoy coming here and it's very close to work the "freestyle" Coke machine is always out of flavors. I can get being out of one flavor but not out of six at the same time. Food here is okay but they seem to have a lot of turnover as well. Dining room is mostly clean but I'd stay out of the bathrooms.

This is our family fav. The salad options, the yummy burgers, chicken and fries( grandkids love ❤️) plus the baked potatoes is just out of this world!!

WORST FRIES EVER! HOW THE HELL DO I GET NASTY REHEATED FRIES WHEN YOU JUST STARTED MAKING THEM FOR THE DAY! I CAN ANSWER THIS BECAUSE YOU SAVED LAST NIGHT'S REPUGNANT STOCK THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE THROWN OUT!
I WON'T ARGUE, WENDY'S DID HAVE THE BEST FRIES, FOR ABOUT A WEEK AND THEN THEY SWITCHED TO THE SAME SUPPLIER OF THEIR TERRIBLE BAKED POTATOES. COMPARE THE TASTE YOU WILL FIND I'M RIGHT.
