The best way to describe this place is.. well... it is what it is. After taking a quick look at the menu, you quickly realize that this restaurant caters to an older clientele. While the place was moderately busy, the crowd was definitely closer to retired than college age. The meal was soft, bland and definitely had smaller portions. Again.. this place is...what it is. But it's still a viable option when you're taking your grandmother out for an early bird special..But this is definitely NOT the place where you'll take your friends for a bite to eat after a round of golf or an afternoon of basketball...

Interesting diner. I was referred to by a friend. The food was fresh and hot , I had a Reuben, the bread was a little to thick but over all it was hot and delicious. Didn't realize that there is a car hop on the other side of the building until after I was leaving.

That was one of the best experiences that I have had in a restaurant with the waitress being on point and efficient. We didn't have to wait that long for our meal either. Our waitress was very pregnant but that didn't stop her from doing her job correctly.

Went for the. All you can eat fish, long time before we even got our 1st refill, and it was not fully cooked. Didn't have them replace it. Just left. But the 1st order was cooked but only received 2 pieces, and it was tasty. Just wouldn't go back. First and last time there

We have been eating here for over 40 years. Now, for $11.49, you get cold overcooked fish which has been changed. The French Fries appeared to be from lunch and the Spanish rice cold out the can. The unsweetened ice tea hit the spot.
My wife said on our way home it was the worst meal we had ever had there. They have changed the breading and the fish. Over half of my plate was left with the overcooked breading. This meal was on the order of highway robbery. Shame on the owner!

This place is not fancy, but the prices are reasonable and you can't beat them for Midwest comfort food. Great burgers, nice selection of sandwiches, and daily specials like ham loaf and meat loaf. They make a mean breakfast too. If you miss grandmas cooking this is the place for you.

Great place for breakfast. Prices are really good. Service is a little slow. Ate here two day’s while visiting.
Highly recommend the country skillet breakfast.

It was pleasure dealing with the staff. They are an amazing bunch of people. The food is unique and delicious. Green leaf is an iconic piece of history in Wooster. Now let's push for plant based burgers 😀
