Fantastic view & atmosphere. I had the filet and it was delicious! All the food looked great and my picky 9yo loved the food & watching the boats. Def recommend.
Besides the amazing views overlooking the water between Martha's Vineyard and Woods Hole in Falmouth, the food was just amazing. With ambience that included the whimsy of nautical paraphernalia hanging from the ceiling which made for a delightful theme, to the delectable choices of classic fish and chips(my favorite), there was something for everyone in our family to please eclectic and dietary preferences. My hubby sampled the turkey club which has become his new best thing while my older, vegetarian daughter applauded the grilled cheese as one of the best. Even our finicky eater, little Addison was pleased as can be and devoured the tasty chicken fingers and fries. All in all, lunch at Landfall was like a ray of sunshine on this cloudy day! We will be back!
We had a delicious dinner on sept 3rd. This was our first visit and we will be back. The interior has a genuine nautical feel with many genuine harpoons, whale vertebrae and buoys of course hanging from the ceiling. The lighting is low which adds to the atmosphere. We had a nice salad, other appetizers, good soup, nice lobster and scrod. This is the oldest (1946) family owned restaurant on the cape. You really need to try it. Nice !
Ate outside in the sun by the Vineyard Sound enjoying the Fresh steamers,Fish and Chips, Kale salad followed by the seasonally scrumptious pumpkin cheesecake and expresso Martini served by the best server/ bartender,Josh. Thanks to The Estes family for such high quality food and service
It was a beautiful day to be in Woods Hole. Lovely decorated restaurant with awesome service. We met the co-owner Katy, who was very pleasant. I wish the hollandaise sauce was homemade.
We had drinks only. You can take your drink to the sitting area near the water. There are about 6 seats. I had my first Mudslide. It was yummy. :)
This family run jewel of Falmouth shouldn't be missed when visiting the Cape. The professional service, delicious food, and really special ambiance on the water with large, open windows made for a wonderful family dinner for us. Highly recommend!
First time here for a company dinner. First, the ambiance is so fun and beautiful. You have to read the back of the menu for the backstory of this remarkable place.
Parking can be tricky if its busy but there's a small lot accross the street we were able to use on a Thursday night.
Our waiter was amazing and handled our large party easily. Everyone got their drinks and orders in a timely fashion, and the food was wonderful. We all had a great time and kept commenting on how good the service was. I'm only sorry I didn't get more photos as we were so busy talking and enjoying ourselves, which is totally okay with me.
I would highly recommend stopping here for dinner if ever you're in town. I look forward to visiting again the next time I'm on the East Coast.
The staff was welcoming, accommodating, and attentive. We ordered the seafood newburg and broiled seafood platter, both came with salads and delicious garlic bread. The portions were generous. We plan to come back.
Good food and what a fun place. The lobster sauce with the cod made the dish. And the kale salad was excellent.
Great seafood restaurant on harbor in Woods Hole. Saw a few ferries leaving and beautiful sunset! Fantastic food and drinks along with the best service 🎯👍
Best bar in Woods Hole, drive up boat docking, iconic dark and stormy's, and the greyhounds are fresh squeezed. Live music and incredible historical decor. The building is made from the planks and beams that washed up on the shore! Super friendly staff and the food is delicious.
