Always sweet when they’re clearly understaffed and overworked. Assume any bad review is by some 30-50 something thinking the fact that minimum wage overworked employees are able to make honest mistakes and that they only have two hands is temper-tantrum worthy. Don’t let the bitter customers get at you, keep up the great work and know you’re very much appreciated.

Taco bell is taco Bell except now it's almost double the price than 2-3 years ago. No longer a cheap guilty pleasure. If you go inside, they no longer take your order for you. There's a kiosk to do it all yourself. Kind of like self check out at the grocery store. I actually like it because i know what i want and can navigate it quickly. But you may have to painfully wait behind some folks that don't know how to use the technology very well so if you're in a hurry, hit the drive thru and eat in your car if you have to.

Shame on Taco Bell as a business to launch a return product, Mexican Pizza and then make vinyl signs to say they are out of stock. Come on. How much $ was wasted on signs. Ensure delivery of the product before launch. . Shame on this location on the lack of customer support to order at a kiosk. I seen 2 potential customers leave because the guy behind the counter rude saying we don't take orders, you have to put your order in. An elderly couple left because they had cash only and no way to pay. Afterwards a lady came and took cash from a different customer that had cash only. . Businesses have been/are being destroyed by Covid and today's horrible workforce. If your working, do your best. Don't be rude. Supply the product you offer or take it off the menu. I guess the corn product supplier can't make flat corn products. They have to fold them into hard Taco shells. Taco Bell used to be a solid go to for fast food. Now it's go and find out what they don't have.

Usually I have a perfectly fine experience here but did want to express that yesterday 6/21/22 between 2-3p the gentleman taking orders must have been having a very, very hard day. I was stunned to hear at the speakerbox where orders are placed he was angrily criticizing/mocking another coworker on-mic so I could hear. Every time I ordered an item he would either say "okay how many do you want? 1? 2? 10?" or he would say "okay what else we got going on today?" I know being hurt can make a person speak like that, but man did it hurt my feelings. I could barely look at or speak to him at the window to give/receive my card and get my food. I heard him say, "wow" as I drove off without saying much. I honestly just needed to process it all. I don't know his name - but I hope he finds some healing soon!!! <3

It was 9:30 PM, 5-18-2022 and I was in need of the delight of a two dollar taco. But little did I know what was to happen….. I entered the monstrous line awaiting my precious prize. It had been two minutes….. NO CHANGE! I jokingly told my associate we would finish the Awolnation music album we were listening to……. 10:01 PM, We just finished the album, we moved four feet……. NOTHING..!?!?!? 10:12 PM, the line actually started moving, but there was one car at the ordering-station who sat there for five minutes! Then cars went up and sat there for twenty seconds each then went speeding off. We were confused? Then when we got there the so called “EMPLOYEE” told me they’re closing almost TWO HOURS EARLY! When I asked why he said he was the only EMPLOYEE!?!!?!?!?!? This is completely absurd, worst experience of my life I went to Comic-Con last Saturday and with a THOUSAND PEOPLE it only took like five minutes to get in! And with gas at basically FOUR dollars a GALLON I wasted gas! I think I deserve free Taco Bell, or I will be leaving them a present on the front lawn….

Got two crispy chicken chalupa boxes with some modifications due to allergies and such. Both boxes were completely wrong. We called and talked to the manager Emily who was nice enough to let us come back for a replacement within a week. We went back today for the replacement and they messed it up again. Called and asked to speak to a manager, explained the problem and she hung up on us and refused to answer the phone after. Will be calling corporate and letting them know what happened. This place has consistently for years been known by everyone around it to be the worst. Do not waste your hard earned money on half baked service.
