I don’t know what was worse the chicken or the customer service. I have tried numerous of times to order freshly cooked chicken and I get old, hard, and overcooked meat. This location is by far the worse and today is the last day I will ever go back. Just letting you all know that if you are looking for good chicken DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

Ordered chicken from here… 125 pieces… for our daughter’s Open House graduation party. Wow! This chicken was amazing and everyone raved about how delicious it was and not dry. Tahnia arrived early to prepare this for us and was so helpful from the beginning when we placed the order until the day we picked it up. We will trust this store and her with our party needs moving forward .

I wanted a chicken sandwich for 2 weeks and decided to get one. What a bad idea that was. I Rarely check my sandwiches before I bite into them. But The whole meal was bad my fries were cold and my lid was partially on my drink and spilled in my car As it was handed to me. I figure what's the odds of my sandwich being made correctly if the fries are cold and the drink is half full with the lid halfway on. I open the sandwich and a piece of char right there in the front I chucked the whole meal. I guess this is what I get for trying to sneak and eat a sandwich before going home to eat dinner I will not be back to that KFC ever again I tried to call but the phone line remained busy and the traffic on Grand River in Wixom is just too thick to go back to the restaurant. I guess I'm just out of $8

Lol, Honestly kind of a weird experience. My wife and I were visiting on vacation. We ordered several things and were told they were out of everything we ordered. Otherwise quick service and my wife got this really cool cup that I'm pretty sure hasn't even come out yet!😎😂 So definitely loving it here! #Detroit #KFC #jackharlow

I used to go to this KFC once a week when I worked in Wixom. Just got a 8 pc bucket with two large sides, then order an additional large green beans for $4.49. The large side orders used to be in containers twice as big as they are now. But now they don't even fill the sides halfway. The large side order is about the same amount as an individual was. The chicken pieces are also half the size than what they used to be. Tasted ok, but what a rip-off. Unfortunately, there's only this KFC around this area and I suppose they know it so they don't care. Paid over $31 for three and none of us were full. If I could give a Zero I would.
