Dunkin'

This Dunkin recently went through a (quite nice) renovation and reopened March 2022. Loving the new and refreshed layout, along with the whole rebranding from Dunkin Donuts to just Dunkin. This location in particular has always had friendly staff, good prices, and a very relaxed neighborhood vibe. True to what it had previously, there is plenty of dine in tables and it is spacious. You'll often find locals or regulars hanging out here. Manager is super friendly, and knows the regulars well. Convenient location if traveling through Winthrop. I look forward to many more visits!

To slow I mean a snail was faster I waited 20 minutes to get an ice coffee. And that's the afternoon . Mornings are worse.And I never get what I ordered. So today is last time I'm going there And also the sandwiches are terrible they don't taste the same I blame it on where it's prepped .I went to Cumberland coffee 1000s times better and the sandwiches are unbelievable and it's cheaper .I don't mind paying but it has to be edible. DD HAS GONE DOWN HILL QUALITY? THERE'S NO QUALITY ANYMORE .AND A LOT OF PEOPLE IN WINTHROP GO TO CUMBYS.

I ordered a medium sized cappuccino. They have prepared a small one. I waited 15 minutes until they found my order. I stood and watched as all visitors looked into my bag and touched my order. But I did not know that this was my order. The girl who cooked was not attentive, she was confused with orders, including mine. She first gave it to another visitor. In general, I left this “restaurant” upset. If you hire people, be sure that they can provide quality service.
