This place was very busy but service and pizza were great. Our server, Graham, was fantastic. Definitely recommend Hernando's.

First night in winter park and we decided to go to Hernando’s. We got the fresco, the Jerry, and the Alfredo pizza. I really enjoyed all three of them. However I preferred the thin crust. The whole crust seemed like it was 2/3rds pizza and 1/3 crust. The 10in pizza was the perfect size for one person. Servers were all very friendly. Atmosphere was very cool with the money on the walls

Lots of room and fun decoration in this must visit pizza place. We built our own pizza that had plenty of toppings and really enjoyed the white rolled crust that puts some toppings all the way to the edge and kinda creates a stuffed crust situation. We also split a large antipasta salad that was delicious.

Serviceable pizza at this local joint. Full bar, good service. If you lower your expectations (“it’s a mountain town yo”), then you’ll be rewarded with a great experience. Gauge it against pizza in Europe (any pizza in Europe), and extreme disappointment awaits. Most diners will be in between, hence the in between rating. 4 stars only because of the pleasant experience; pizza itself merits fewer.

Had a great dinner at Hernando's. The service was pleasant and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend this one!
We split an order of ravioli, pizza and a slice of cheesecake. The pizza and cheesecake earn high marks!

Everyone wants to make it big. Dollar bills all around. We got there right around when they opened up @5pm. The staff are supper friendly. The minestrone soup was delicious and had a bit of a kick for those colder days. I got a 14” pizza with sausage and mushroom. Fire oven will change your mind about going anywhere else. It had a nice crust and melty cheese that was delicious. It even reheats great.

Went to dinner here last night and had a great time. We had a party of 12 with a reservation, they were able to accommodate us and sat us quickly. The server was friendly and he took our drink orders. When he came back with our drinks we were able to order our pizzas. We order the 14” supreme pizza. If you don’t know, Hernando’s crust is much thicker and braided. Goes well with honey! The pizza looked great, plenty or toppings, however ours seemed a bit undercooked and doughy. My wife and I don’t like to complain about food, so we ate it. It was still delicious but would have been better cooked a bit longer. All in all if you’re in Winter Park and looking for pizza, really can’t go wrong here. Also they do do a thinner crust, will have to try it next time

Ate here our last night in town. Food was really good. We had the spinach and artichoke dip. They didn’t give us a lot of chips and mostly crumbs which was disappointing. The antipasto salad was good, dressing was intense (little goes a long way). Pizza was good. My husband had the tortellini with meat sauce, it was tasty. Service was ok, little slow.

Hernando's pizza is some of the best pizza I have ever had. Cool 80s decor and music. Try the honey sauce on your crust!

I would give the everything a 10 star if possible. Molly B was our server…and absolutely fantastic! Quick with the service and a great personality! 😃 (her recommendation for a pizza was on point!) Everything we got was delicious! I would highly recommend this place!

(Reminded me of a downstairs hangout we used to frequent in Breckinridge. Think this place beats that one!)
