Dunkin'

I had a very refreshing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts, as opposed to the one that I went to in downtown Orlando the other day. The drink that I ordered here taste completely different and taste like they actually put effort into it. After drinking the drink that I had at the downtown location, I did not want to order, another espresso drink, however, this location did a great job.

My order came up quickly, which was great, but then I was trying to speak with the girl behind the counter about missing a sandwich, and the manager was very persistent on the girl helping with the orders from the drive-through. The girl behind the counter was trying to help me, but it didn’t matter to the manager that I was missing something and she didn’t even turn around to acknowledge me, customer service starts with the management if people don’t already realize that I’ve never had this issue at any other dunkins take a minute and take care of the customer on hand, so I just said thanks anyways, you have customers out there you need to take care of. Never mind me and walked out. This is all on the woman that I’m assuming was a manager because she was the one in command at 8:52 AM on Monday.

I stopped by this location for an afternoon pick me up and to see if they had a pumpkin doughnut, to satisfy my sweet pumpkin craving and I was surprised! At first I thought it was closed because there was no activity but when I pulled through the drive thru, I was greeted and made my order. The pumpkin donut was fresh, soft, fluffy and smelled divine with all the fall spices! It sure was yummy! The coffee wasn't bad, but for some reason no dunkin in Florida prepares strong coffee, most are pretty watered down. That is more a taste preference but it was drinkable and nothing a little cream did not fix.

Let me tell you about this Dunkin... I don't ever leave reviews, but this Dunkin donuts gets it right every single morning for me.. they have by far the most pleasant staff of any drive thru I've gone through. And they are fast!!! I don't even understand how they are so much better than every other place I go. I hope they read this and know they are doing an amazing job and I would go out of my way to go to them before someone else !

Wish I could give MORE stars for this location. I always make a point to go to this location because they always make my drinks and food perfect. The workers are kind, greet you, and give speedy service. Melinda is my personal favorite, if you get her your order will never be wrong! There is NEVER any long lines, wait times etc. Always recommend!

Its a Dunkin. I visit frequently, and most visits are completely fine and things taste how they should and service is usually friendly. It's just little things here and there, nothing that will ruin your day, but its aggravating. I got a double chocolate donut (with the icing) and they stick it upside in the bag. This is a frequent issue at this location particularly. If I didn't want the icing on my donut, I'd order the one without icing, I don't want my bag to enjoy the icing by being stuck on it. And sometimes, it's stuck to the bottom of another donut. But it is what it is I guess. Really comes to down to how much the staff cares when you visit. Oh, and I never get napkins? That's just kinda strange to me. I shouldn't have to ask for napkins if I order food from anywhere.

I give this place 5 stars only because my wife ordered a coffee, which she only likes sweet tasting coffee and hates the actual taste of it, but it was tooooo much coffee dark roast in flavor and she wasnt happy with it. So the lady manager told her shed make her a good one sweet and that she knew how she wants it. In situations like that people usually give you a hard time and make it a problem but she didnt one bit she insisted to do it and she the made the scene pleasant like a good employee should and I deeply appreciate that bc my wife doesnt do well in stressed situations, so thanks to her, I give the place 5 stars, ONLY, for that reason.. Other than that dunkin doughnuts is all the same the service is what separates monotony in franchises.. thank you I left 5$ wish I had more cash on hand she deserves a raise for how well she handles her job...Chris
