I usually don't go to overpriced food chains, but thought I would try it again. The waiter we had was totally on point and extremely helpful. The food came out hot and the taste was very good.

Ate Dinner tonight for the first time at this location it was Saturday night and was seated immediately no wait. Atmosphere was awesome my server Shelby T was amazing she was friendly professional and attentive. The manager was attentive and friendly as well. I truly enjoyed my appetizer and will be going back soon. Great job for the friendly service it’s rare these days.

I’ve lived in the Winter Haven area for quite awhile and normally prefer To-Go/Carryout options when they are available. Katie was an amazing example of how this experience should go. She was friendly, helpful, and had the best attitude! I look forward to having her service anytime i’m picking up my orders 10/10!

My waiter Mathew was the best. I never had to ask for anything more:) The steak, shrimp, mac n cheese and baked potato was cooked to perfection.

Samantha F was amazing. Very kind with me and my wild two year old. My steak came out a little too rare but they fixed it no problem. Our food came out faster than it ever has anywhere.

Food was not as good as I thought it would be. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t something I would go back for. The waiter was really good about checking to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything else.

Came here with my parents, who were visiting. Everything was great. The reason I gave 3 stars on service was because the lady that was serving us didn't provide napkins. Waited, and she passed us a couple of times. Even asked for napkins and never got. Had to ask the guy at the podium. Then, after dinner, I asked her for boxes and the same thing. We waited and had to ask the podium guy again.

Food was very good. My husband got the prime rib and I got the Filet Sheila. We would order both again. Service was outstanding! Waiter was very friendly and kept checking on us during the meal. Nothing special at all as far as decor in the restaurant. Guess every Outback is the same but they could have done so much more with the Outback theme, especially here in Florida.

Very delicious food, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very welcoming!! I had their new blooming honey chili shrimp, and it's now my new favorite!!! My Melbourne Porterhouse was cooked to perfect!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant!!
