Very delicious food, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very welcoming!! I had their new blooming honey chili shrimp, and it's now my new favorite!!! My Melbourne Porterhouse was cooked to perfect!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant!!
My waiter Mathew was the best. I never had to ask for anything more:) The steak, shrimp, mac n cheese and baked potato was cooked to perfection.
Stopped in to treat myself for lunch. The server brought the loaf of honey wheat bread right away after I ordered. Ordered the filet with lobster, baked potato, and house salad. Coke for beverage. I was still eating my salad when they brought the main course out. For that reason I can’t give a 5 star. I ordered the filet medium well and it was a bit overcooked. However, it was tender enough to cut with a fork. The lobster was great but the drawn butter was super salty. A squeeze of lemon helped.
The server was attentive yet rushed.

Food was not as good as I thought it would be. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t something I would go back for. The waiter was really good about checking to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything else.
Decent place. Not super fancy but it's a great place to get stuffed from good food. Average price is 30-45 per person after tip in 2023. I honestly liked it a lot.
Ate Dinner tonight for the first time at this location it was Saturday night and was seated immediately no wait. Atmosphere was awesome my server Shelby T was amazing she was friendly professional and attentive. The manager was attentive and friendly as well. I truly enjoyed my appetizer and will be going back soon. Great job for the friendly service it’s rare these days.
I’ve lived in the Winter Haven area for quite awhile and normally prefer To-Go/Carryout options when they are available. Katie was an amazing example of how this experience should go. She was friendly, helpful, and had the best attitude! I look forward to having her service anytime i’m picking up my orders 10/10!
I usually don't go to overpriced food chains, but thought I would try it again. The waiter we had was totally on point and extremely helpful. The food came out hot and the taste was very good.

I had a little time before an afternoon real estate appointment so decided to stop by the Outback in Winter Haven, and I am so glad I did! My server Chae was amazing. Very attentive. She knew I had a tight schedule and got my food out very quickly. My medium steak was right on, and juicy, and delicious. The salad ingredients were fresh and crisp. I hadn’t been to this location before, and I would definitely recommend it. Ask for Chae if you stop by.
Food was very good. My husband got the prime rib and I got the Filet Sheila. We would order both again. Service was outstanding! Waiter was very friendly and kept checking on us during the meal. Nothing special at all as far as decor in the restaurant. Guess every Outback is the same but they could have done so much more with the Outback theme, especially here in Florida.
We had a group of 27 go to this Outback today. Jamie was the day hostess that was on duty. She made sure we had a section in the restaurant to meet and were ready for us when we showed up. The food was great and our waiter, Justin, took care of our entire party. Took all our orders, kept all our drinks filled, and gave excellent service to all in our party. What a great experience we had, thanks to your great crew, including the manager that was on duty. Thanks for a job well done!
Samantha F was amazing. Very kind with me and my wild two year old. My steak came out a little too rare but they fixed it no problem. Our food came out faster than it ever has anywhere.
Came here with my parents, who were visiting. Everything was great. The reason I gave 3 stars on service was because the lady that was serving us didn't provide napkins. Waited, and she passed us a couple of times. Even asked for napkins and never got. Had to ask the guy at the podium. Then, after dinner, I asked her for boxes and the same thing. We waited and had to ask the podium guy again.
Our server, Michael, was right on top of everything. I didn't get the food runners name but he was great as well. He and the runner we constantly checking on us, bringing us fresh drinks before we even had to ask. The manager, Jamie was great as well, table touching as managers should! Keep it up and you will rock the competition around you.
