This was the 2nd time having a bad experience. Lastweek I ordered 2batches of their drumsticks and thighs special and guess what they gave me all breasts and wings. Today I ordered 12pc family meal with mash potato, sweetcorn and coleslaw for side and Alas!they didnt give me the coleslaw..Bad service as always!
This location offers KFC and Taco Bell. Love it because the original KFC recipe is fresh. Across the street is the main shopping mall in Winter Garden. Fast and efficient service. Parking is okay but fills quickly because of other nearby businesses. Clean dining room. Great staff.
Food wasn't ready when I got there for pickup but it was delicious, staff was friendly and it was only a few minutes that I waited.
We live near by and frequent this KFC often. The food is good, no complaints there, however, some of the female employees could benefit from an attitude adjustment. I was once told, “since no one wants to go to the Clermont, or Colonial Drive store, the extensive wait should be expected!” The way you are boxed in when using the drive thru can sometimes be nerve racking if your in a hurry and need to pull out after sitting 30 minutes. When I stated my concern w/ the manager on duty, he tried to offer me a job, and asked if I knew anyone who might need one. Hint to someone that may be searching. This store is a combination of KFC/Taco Bell.
