The staff is Wonderful and my favorite waitress Michelle Owens is Awesome!! The food is Amazing I loved the Sancho's they are delicious. I will definitely be back with my family ;)
This is my favorite Mexican restaurant!! The owner is so personable! We just love her!! The chips and salsa, guacamole, and queso (both white and yellow are awesome!) are all the best I've ever had! I love the fried burancho and taco salad! They also have great fajitas and tacos! My only wish is she would open a Neives' in Derby or Wichita! :-)
Don't believe the bad reviews. My wife wanted to go here and after the bad reviews I read I was a little concerned. Couldn't be further from the truth. Food was great. Service was excellent. We drove about an hour to get here and it was worth it. They even had a live band which was also good. Highly recommend this place for great mexican food and an all around good experience.
Not bad at all.... Our soccer team had a fund-raiser at this place and knowing where it was located I initially did not want to go. It's a part of a sports complex and has been several businesses so my expectations were not too high. But actually I was pleasantly surprised... Sure there were a few inconsistencies and it felt like they just opened but all and all the food was very good, fresh, and the service seemed pleasant and we will certainly be going back. I also enjoyed the table salsa and one thing I like is when they have a hotter salsa available as well. I read the other reviews and they are probably legitimate concerns but my experience was good. I am sort of a foodie from my past experience working for restaurants from Seattle, WA to Newport Beach, CA to San Francisco, CA so have seen the best.

Why all the crying??. My family thinks this is the only place to eat Mexican food, and I must agree. Always great food, great staff, gee, if it is soooo bad, why is there always a line to get into the place? Surely all those people aren't delusional.
Neives cheese makes it an amazing food experience!

Very nice place. Went in to have dinner with my grandmother, her husband, my sister and my husband. When the owner found out that we were in town because my father had just passed away she covered our whole tab. We were very grateful. Thank you so much
