I was a manager and employee for Dairy Queen for about 8 years. If we provided food and customer service like the Burger King in Winchester KY, we would be out of business. Every time I visit this location, the customer service is terrible, ranging from incredibly unfriendly/drug addled employees to orders never being able to be completed properly. I don't think I've ever gotten a meal that was 100% accurate. I will never eat there again unless something is done to improve this store, and it's unfortunate because I love BK overall.

Very nice, has upscaled their building in their location. Prices are great and everything was hot and ready. I even had to let the fries "cool". Walked with more cash in my pocket and a SMILE on my face. Would go again!
