Excellent burgers and fries. So many times I've been dissatisfied. But this one is awesomeness rocks. It's exactly how it should be. It's my new Wendy's. Everything was fresh and HOT. Keep up the good work. 👍👍

This Wendy’s never gets my order right. God forbid I ask for any substitutions or customization for my sandwiches. Absolutely horrible. Completely incompetent. I actually have to completely stop ordering from this store . Unbelievably disappointed. Give me a break!!

The food is good, but they messed up my order. I ordered a chicken sandwich with nothing on it and everything was on it, I ordered an extra, large fries, and they didn’t give it and then when I got home to eat it there was a hair in my food.

I received a salad with brown and slimy lettuce. I asked for a refund because my home is 45 minutes from then. I was informed that the lettuce is supposed to be brown and they could prove it to me and show me if I wanted to come back. Ugh so disappointed.

Went through drive through drive through 815 am today. Orange juice dropped outside by employee. Male young hispanic employee says nothing and doesn't even apologize. will NEVER return.
