My husband and I spent our anniversary in this restaurant 2 years ago. The service was sensational and when the owner found out it was our anniversary he sent us a glass of champagne on the house. We are going back this year. We loved it!!!!

Almost gave up trying to find a great Italian place in Winchester and then we found this restaurant!! Whenever we want Italian we go here. The service is fantastic and the food is delicious. I love you Violinos!!!!!
The best Italian pasta and lasts nights stuffed zucchini flower with crab meat was to die for! Exceptional! Wow moment! Great service and the food was delicious!
Visited in May 2012 and we are still talking about the delicious food. We had caprese that was fresh and lobster ravioli that was a special, but the dish that we can't forget was spaghetti, it had to be baked and was one of the most flavorful meals we ever had. The decor is fairly laid back, and we believe it was staffed by a family of owners.
Best place in Winchester, hands down! Great dining experience, great family of owners. I have had some of the best Italian in my life there.
I have been going to Violinos for almost 15 years and have never had a meal that was not first rate I often tale out of town business associate there who are used to four star NYC restaurants and they give it rave reviews the menu is very extensive and you can't go wrong. The paso bucco and three types of ravioli on one plate are two personal favorites. The owners double as chef and hostess. If you are lucky Franco may come out of the kitchen to song opera.
Fantastic! The staff was very attentive and friendly. Everyone genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. You can definitely tell this establishment values their employees. The violinist was remarkable! She played very well and was so very elegant. The meal was, by far, the best I've had in years anywhere that I've traveled and definitely the best in Winchester. The kitchen staff, from what I could see, worked well together. They almost appeared to be in a choreographed dance.
The quality of our meal was stellar and the portion size was an extreme value. This chef has definitely won our hearts and taste buds!

Husband and I spent our 16th Anniversary here at Violino. It had been some time since we had visited. Once again even though years have past, the food, the service, the Owner still outstanding. Everything was outstanding at this restaurant, a total surprise in Winchester VA and a mirror of some of the finest retaurants in Italy! We had a reunion dinner for 7 and everyone had a different appetizer, entre, and desserts. It was totally amazing and all of the 5-star reviews are accurate. We will be back, for sure. In the meantime, don't miss this wonderful restaurant.
Creative Italian cuisine with fresh ingredients. I enjoyed the seafood main (photo attached) as well as the stuff zucchini blossom appetizer.
This venue was way fancier than I thought it was going to be, but we were welcomed regardless! Excellent, attentive and patient service paired with delicious, well priced food. Highly recommend!
I've been here once during old town winchester restaurant week and had a 5 star experience. Personally I love their desserts the most here and they do have some higher end wines that are good as well.
