Pholisha's was such a great lunch spot during our weekend in Wimberly. We ordered the Phoritto and the green curry. I liked the Phoritto but was BLOWN AWAY by the curry. It was as if somebody kung-powed my taste buds! Seriously good food, and the lady who took our order was just so genuine and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We love their daily specials; today was shrimp tempura and boudin egg rolls, plus veggie spring rolls and yellow curry over rice. Delicious! And!!! So Kind.
It really doesn't get any better than this food truck! Innovative, fresh, culture bending cuisine, made incredibly fresh right in front of you, at great prices.
Blending elements of Asian Cuisine along with Cajun Tex-Mex and others you really won't find anything else quite like it.
Some items are mainstays on the menu while other things change with seasonal ingredients and whatever Innovations Pholisha comes up with.
This place is the real deal and you won't be disappointed!
I love their food so much and the people that run it are AMAZING. Seriously, hands down, best Asian and Cajun truck in Wimberley. You can tell they put so much love and pride into what they are selling; it's truly a difference you can taste! I haven't had a thing yet that I did not thoroughly enjoy, but I highly recommend the Shrimp & Grits on Wednesdays and the Thai Green Curry and any of it really. Seriously, go check them out if you haven't already. You will not be disappointed.
Food was good. Had pork rolls and phoritto (not sure of spelling). Gouda cheese dip was yummy. The guy who served us was very personable in an Austin-ish kind of way. My daughter's and my first experience and we enjoyed it.
As far food in Wimberley, it really doesn't get better than this! I've been coming here for over a year and I love this place.
I had a large group in town from all over the globe and wanted some creative food options for the team. Pho-Lisha's prepared lunch for us yesterday and it was amazing! Each person had a combination meal of all of my favorites: phoritto, red beans and rice, and a spring roll. Pho-Lisha's team did a great job with accommodating dietary restrictions, and coordinating the order and pick up.
Our team was impressed with the food and the creativity in the menu. I only had one complaint - actually, the same complaint from about a dozen people. The complaint? That I didn't order from Pho-Lisha's more than once while we were in town. They loved it!

Alisha is an amazing cook and better human!! She will go above and beyond to make sure your food and experience at Pholisha is a good one. If she ever is running a special on something you haven't tried before, give it a shot. I've never had anything short of awesome frome her.
Pholishas is an awesome experience. You can tell that Alisha puts alot of love and care into each of her dishes. Great customer service, amazing food, great atmosphere. Definitely would recommend this food truck to anyone.
