Awesome taste and great quantity. Was hard to decide between all the great options, but ended up with the Pork Fajitas, steak tacos and shrimp & bacon pasta, the last one shared by the kids. Was an excellent meal. Will return the next time we are in the area.
Our daughter asked us to check this place out because she is celiacs. The owner is very knowledgeable and his wife has the same condition. It is all Mexican food but they do have a large variety of gluten free and gluten sensitive dishes.
My wife and I went in for dinner and drinks. They make their own salsa and it's very delicious.I had the lime chicken and my wife had the chicken tacos. They were both very good. For drinks I had the jaguars paw, it's just a different take on a Margarita, delicious and refreshing.
We have stopped by a couple of times now and always enjoy the food and beverages. The owners and staff are very friendly.
My Family loves Panchos. Their Cheese Dip aka Queso is the best in area. My picky kids request we eat here often. Can't go wrong with their menu. Quesidillas, Burritos, etc. Friendliest staff in the neighborhood. Jose is our favorite waiter and we are always happy to see him. He even knows our go to drinks and order.

Tired of pizza and sandwich shops? Make the trip "north" to the Wilmington Target and enjoy some great Mexican food! The starter chips are warm, crispy, and the salsa is an original recipe. The meal portions are huge, and the taste is excellent. There was NO WAIT because I don't think anyone knows it's here! The restaurant has as contemporary look, and bar is expansive.
The service was also good and fast. You won't leave hungry, I assure you.
We love Pancho's! This is exactly what Wilmington needed--an authentic Mexican restaurant with an extensive menu. My family and I have been to Pancho's on numerous occasions since it opened and have been impressed each an every time. Whether its Al Pastor Tacos, Mission St. Chimichangas, Street Corn, or the amazing Tostada Salad, Pancho's delivers those south of the border tastes you are craving.
Despite the current Covid-19 pandemic, Pancho's continues to provide well crafted and delicious meals. You can tell that fresh ingredients are of upmost importance as well service that makes you feel like you are at home.
I can't recommend Pancho's enough! Fantastic food, fantastic drinks, and fantastic service are what keep my family and me coming back to this one of kind spot! Give them a chance, you will not regret it!!
