Uncle John BBQ is slamming good grub, pulled pork, and pork Loin was packed with flavor
Their meat is amazing. All of it so tender, especially the Brisket very, very tender. This right is is a way to my heart! I love the fries too. The cole slaw on the other hand is a bit bland for me. Love the live music and atmosphere. Great addition
Seems hard to find good BBQ but this is the best I’ve found by far, love the pulled pork.

Very Compassionate. I have been struggling trying to find a good job. I was on the side of the road with a sign asking for Help when I saw this Amazing Food Truck pull up to the red light. I was minding my own business when the driver/owner/chef took it out the kindnesses of his heart to help me. He called me over then ran to the back of the truck and came back with some water and soda for me because it was very very hot out it was just what I needed. Then he ran to the back again with a quickness before the light changed and gave me some pulled pork and a few rolls. It was some of the best BBQ I have ever had. Words can never explain how much that really meant to me that he took it out the kindnesses of his heart to feed me on one of my lowest points of my life. Best believe me when I say when I get back up on my feet and finally get a good job again I will come and support you. This is what the world needs more people like this. I could never thank you enough, thank you for your compassion & kindness. EVERYONE PLEASE TRY HIS BBQ ITS AWESOME!!!

We attended a housewarming/wedding and they had Uncle John’s food truck do the catering! Just wow!!
We had tots, fries and their BBQ pork grilled cheese SAS which! OMG!!! They used Texas toast that was clearly buttered and toasted on the grill, YUM, bbq pulled pork that was lightly sauced and a cheese sauce that brought it all together!
The added pickles and coleslaw weren’t really necessary. The food they make is delicious….. we’ll have to find where they park their truck! Being from MD, we’ll make the drive to DE for their bbq!
Brisket with a mix of spicy and sweet was just what the doctor ordered!
Loved the vibe in the parking lot: earlier in the day there was a farmers market, and then later a band set up to play.
We will definitely be back!
Had Uncle John’s cater our wedding late August and only good things to say. Nice menu variety, great prices and most importantly the food was amazing! The guests were raving over the food during and after the wedding!! Would highly recommend, 6 out of 5 stars
I get a BBQ grilled chicken, and I love it! Its just like the pork but with chicken instead its amazing and the fries are so good too! Love this place thank you.
