Pizza/Hut on Castle Hayne Rd in Wilmington NC has never let us down. We order regularly for 3 years. They have consistently been accurate, fresh, hot, quality, and prompt, friendly delivery. Way to go Pizza Hut! Thank you for your excellence and restoration in above average customer service and satisfaction! Our delivery driver, who is fairly new to the team (my apologies for the failure to retain your name) was extremely friendly, and apologetic, because he felt he should have been faster at locating our difficult to find business location, that is hard to decipher even to those of us familiar with the property. Not only was it his first exposure to the property on a new job but it was after dark on a foggy rainy night. He was patient, friendly, smiling, and apologetic for something out of his control. He Not only still brought hot quality pizza, but exemplified style, grace, consideration, and compassion for his job and customers. Kudos young man! You nailed it 👏 -
Kudos to the staff @ Puzza Hut Castle Hayne location! I ordered the large tastemaker 3 toppings$10.99 special. Pepperoni with extra Pepperoni. Best ever! Pepperoni EVERY bite! Perfect cook 👍Personal pan Supreme good as always! Thank you for bringing back quality!!
Pizza was great as usual. Very impressed with the wings! Plenty of meat on those bones. They were seasoned and cooked to perfection. Great Job!!
The pizza was delicious, hot and ready in a matter of minutes perfectly melted cheese, delicious toppings. The kind of pizzahut do reminded me of my childhood trips to the hut! The staff is awesome, always friendly and pies are slways done right! Thank you, Pizza Hut

Today's order was hot and delicious. Pasta was super good nice thick and a full bowl..! They even. Called me to let me.know driver was looking for my house. Overall. Very good..❤️
With a lot of places short staffed, I expected it would take forever to get my order. Ordered online extra early just in case of a delay or the need of a plan B. Walked in after 20 minutes (as advertised on the site wait time), and saw the long screen of orders marked “ready”. Mine was set to go, hot and ready out the oven. Despite what appeared to be only 2 guys working in the store, they were KILLING IT. Didn’t get their names as they were busy, but they were definitely kicking tail from the looks of it. Great work guys!
