Good fast food. Love the spicy chicken sandwich. Used the drive through. They had two employees outside by the drive thru lanes taking orders and credit card payments which significantly reduces time at the pick up window. Employees are polite, helpful and friendly. When I got to the pick up window the young lady there noticed my dog and offered me a treat for him.

Chick-fil-A is by far our favorite fast food restaurant. We travel a lot for baseball and no matter where we go to one, the food is always consistently tasty and the employees are always consistently nice! We never pass up an opportunity to eat there. Not sure how many years have passed since I wrote this review, but whatever it is, not a thing has changed! If anything they've gotten better, especially since COVID.
The most polite staff I have ever seen. Very charming and helpful. Enjoy good quality food with the family and the kids.
Restaurant was clean and service was great. Our salads were great and the grilled chicken nuggets were hot and fresh.
My order took a little longer than expected which was understandable because it was a big order, but the lady who I think is the manager gave us all free brownies and all the employees were very nice, McDonald’s needs to take notes
This is the best Chick Fila and fast food restaurant that I've ever been to. I'm from the Washington DC area and have traveled to Chick Fila's in DC, MD, VA, NC, GA and this surpasses all of them even the full service restaurants in Atlanta. The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. One of the managers, Leigh Ann is AWESOME!! She deserves her own restaurant. She is very friendly and helpful and does whatever is needed for the day to provide superb service. She & her staff call me by name and have helped me with last minute orders. They open new lines when it's busy and have dedicated staff to clean the tables, refill beverages and offer mints. The cashiers are gracious and humble when they make mistakes. And the food is consistently delicious. I highly recommend going inside the restaurant and eating in or outside with the chairs and umbrellas for a wonderful dining experience.
My only recommendation is to serve breakfast longer 😊 I love the chicken biscuits and chocolate chip cookies.

I was in town for a VA appointment, coming from Jacksonville. I always make a lunch pit stop and this is my first time coming to this store. I initially tried going to the Wendy’s across the street, but their system was as down. So I came here. And I am so glad that I did. The employees were very generous as always with this company. The young man at the window even offered a doggie treat for my “little buddy” in the back. (She loved it). I always love visiting Chick-fil-A
I absolutely love Chick-fil-A! The chicken sandwiches are so crispy and juicy, and the waffle fries are the perfect side. The staff is always super friendly and the service is really fast. I also love their milkshakes, they're so creamy and delicious. It's definitely one of my go-to fast food places!
The food was great but it would have been better if they would have put condiments in the bag. I didn't realize until I had already driven off and it was too late. The girl taking my order in the drive through was super nice but way, way too chatty. Three people got through in the lane next to me before I could even pull up to place my order. There's a fine line between polite hospitality and expedient service. I don't think she got that.
